Afternoon of Mystery on Hope Street
The tranquil Hope Street awoke with a mystery in the air. Mrs. Ramirez, a long-standing neighbor known for her fondness for cacti, encountered something unusual when she opened her door on that sunny morning. A small wooden chest rested on the threshold, its lid adorned with an intricate design of vines. Intrigued, Mrs. Ramirez picked up the chest and carried it into her cozy living room, where she called her friend, Mrs. Gonzalez.
Oh, Josefina! Look what I found on my doorstep this morning!
exclaimed Mrs. Ramirez, showing her friend the chest with shining eyes.
Mrs. Gonzalez adjusted her glasses and examined the chest with great interest. Oh, how marvelous, Rosita! It looks like something out of an adventure story. Could there be some hidden treasure inside?
The two friends exchanged
