A world of truth-seeking and spiritual exploration. As an author, I am deeply committed to the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. My goal is to share the transformative power of truth with others. This book is a result of my lifelong quest for understanding and my desire to make it accessible to everyone. At the age of 18, I made a crucial decision. I resolved to read the Bible cover to cover, allowing myself to grasp its overarching message and gain a comprehensive perspective. Until then, my encounters with the Bible had been limited to selectively chosen passages, mostly determined by others. I knew it was time to go directly to the source and ask for divine guidance in comprehending the words before me. And so, my journey began. I quickly discovered that this exercise would be the most vital step I would ever take in my spiritual quest. It has had a profound and lasting impact on every aspect of my life. Encouraged by the transformation I experienced, I have since encouraged others to embark on a similar path. Yet, I realized that the task of reading the Bible in its entirety can be challenging and daunting for many. Motivated by the desire to make the Scriptures more accessible,,I reframed its teachings as poetry, a medium I believe to be more easily digested and understood. This book presents the Bible in poetic verses, offering a companion to your personal study. You can read these poems alongside your Bible, keeping notes of areas that resonate with you, prompting further exploration or prayerful reflection. My intention is to provide you with a practical approach to engaging with the Scriptures. Set yourself a daily goal, embark on this poetic voyage, and persevere until you reach the final pages. Thank you for joining me on this path of discovery. May your journey be filled with enlightenment, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of truth.

Dawn of Eternity - Pat Denim
LIFE’S GENESIS
The world began with God’s creation,
Heavens, earth, void - the foundation.
Darkness covered the deep, no light in sight,
Yet the Spirit of God moved with delight.
––––––––
The Spirit of God hovered near,
Over the waters, devoid of cheer.
And then God spoke, Let there be light!
And light appeared, banishing the night.
––––––––
The light was good, so God did part,
Separating light from the dark in His heart.
Day and night were born, evening and morn,
Thus the first day of creation was born.
––––––––
On the second day, God did decree,
An expanse in the midst of the sea.
Heavens were formed, waters divided,
Thus the second day was provided.
––––––––
Third day came, and God said then,
Let the waters gather, dry land begin
God spoke, and plants came forth to bear,
Fruits and seeds, all with great care.
––––––––
On day four, God created the light,
The sun, moon, and stars shining bright,
To separate day from night, and be a guide,
God’s work, majestic and flawless worldwide.
––––––––
The fifth day, the waters brought forth,
Living creatures, fish, and birds of worth,
God blessed them to multiply and thrive,
To fill the waters and the skies.
––––––––
The sixth day came, and the land was alive,
With cattle, beasts, and creeping things, to thrive,
Humans were made, in God’s image, the plan,
To rule over all, and to care for this land.
––––––––
God blessed them, with fruitful way,
Multiply and fill, with love each day.
All plants for food, to man He gave,
And all creatures, the earth to save.
––––––––
God saw all He made, and it was good,
Creation complete, the way it should.
The evening and the morning, six days done,
God’s creation, a masterpiece, second to none.
EDEN’S HARMONY
The heavens and the earth were done,
With all their lights, God’s work was won.
On the seventh day He rested well,
From all His work that He did excel.
––––––––
God blessed and sanctified that day,
For all His work in a perfect way.
No shrub or plant was on the land,
No rain had fallen, no human hand.
––––––––
A mist would water the ground,
And make the whole earth’s surface sound.
From dust, God made a living soul,
Breathed life into it, to make it whole.
––––––––
A garden in Eden God did plant,
Where He placed the man He did enchant.
Trees of every kind did grow,
And a river out of Eden did flow.
––––––––
Four rivers from that one did divide,
The land with gold and stones supplied.
God put the man in the garden to care,
And commanded him, what to eat and beware.
––––––––
Man could not be alone, God knew,
He created a partner, with love, so true,
Every animal He brought to his aid,
But none were right, none would he trade.
––––––––
So from man’s rib, God formed a woman,
And together they were one, in love, human,
They were naked, but not ashamed,
In the garden, where they remained.
THE BLAME GAME
In the garden, the serpent spoke
To Eve, and her resolve was broke
"Did God really say you can’t eat?
From every tree, a single treat?"
––––––––
Eve replied, "We may eat with ease,
From every tree, except one of these,
In the middle stands a tree so fair,
Touch or eat, we must not dare."
––––––––
The serpent said, "You won’t surely die,
Your eyes will open, and you’ll be wise,
You’ll be like God, knowing good and evil,
Take a bite, and your life will be delightful."
––––––––
Seeing the fruit was good to taste,
Eve and Adam both took in haste,
Eating the fruit, their eyes revealed,
Naked they were, so they quickly concealed.
––––––––
Their eyes were opened, and they knew,
That they were naked, exposed to view,
They sewed fig leaves together. and hid in fear,
Where are you?
