Chapter 1

God, the Love Doctor

It all started on April 7, 2017. This was the night that God spoke my wife and me into existence. We were single, and both of us were simply fine being alone and chasing after God. Neither one of us was thinking about a relationship at all, but God said it was time for a new season. The thought of a new relationship was almost unbearable. I had to remember that God said it was time for a new season to begin. So the next Sunday, as I went to church, God showed me who my wife was going to be. I had to let go of the past to find her. It was during the praise and worship part of our service that I heard an angel sing for the first time. Her voice was so powerful and strong that it made demons tremble and leave the atmosphere. She was sent from God. I looked up and saw that she had an amazing glow about her that was so bright. God told me then, She's the one.

I asked God, How can this be? I barely know her name.

Once again, I heard God say, She's the one.

I mean, she was everything that I have prayed for in a woman. I did not know what to say or do. So after church, we were having dinner downstairs, and to my surprise, I wound up sitting next to the answer to my prayers. We sat and talked for a while, and I was blessed to take a picture with my soon-to-be wife. I was so nervous, but I knew that God was with me all along. He was the one who had already put us together, but we did not know it just yet.

As time went on, Sha and I began to spend time getting to know each other. We messaged each other nonstop on Facebook. The more we talked, the more we found out that we had so much in common. Both of us had walls up because of the past. Days went by, and those walls began to come down. We grew closer and closer together.

I remember one day when I was at Sha's house, my cousin called to see where I was at. I told her that I was at my girl's house. She looked at me with this crazy look on her face. I will never forget it; it was so funny. Sha did not know that I was that serious about her. I could not do anything but smile.

As our relationship grew and became more serious, Sha began to introduce me to her side of the family. She was taking me to cookouts and all. I was the new kid on the block. I did not know what to expect. All I knew was that I wanted to do it the right way. While spending time with my new family members, I felt that I had made the right choice. I knew
