Introduction

This book Get Real with God is about relationships. Think about your relationship with your best friend. You get real with that person, don’t you? What kind of relationship would you have if you were a phony? If you’re in a relationship with a phony, you can’t trust them.

You are encouraged in this book to come before the Lord in conversation and prayer and let Him see the real you. Of course, He already knows everything about you. But He wants fellowship with you. That’s part of a relationship.

As an intercessor, I saw myself as working behind the scenes for the kingdom of God. I pray for people.

It is my desire that people develop a relationship with Jesus, who paid a price for us to be reconciled with our Father in heaven. When we get born again, Father God now looks at us through Jesus. It isn’t difficult to get this relationship with Him. You’ll see as you read this book.

I Have a Destiny

We are destined for greatness. I don’t know about you and maybe you haven’t even thought about it, but I want what Jesus paid for. I often tell Him that what He did for me wasn’t done in vain. He paid a great and terrible price for me and for mankind. He gave it to us as a gift. What good is a gift if it isn’t received?
