It took me over 15 years of practicing, intense hardship and learning about Qi to reverse and alleviate a body of poor genetics, mental health, and my near fatal degenerative illness in the prostate, stomach, pancreas, and brain (All with no invasive procedures). Without discussing emotional, mental hardships, and constant pain throughout my spine — the physical hardships involved are over-a-decade of severe insomnia, pus flowing out of the crown of my head, coughing out black mucus, blood clots, and virtually non-stop ringing inside my head, more. Now I wish to present to you my knowledge accumulated over the years with my keen senses to Qi paired scientific thinking. You'll also find out many Masters' incredible teachings that have helped me evolve my body, mind, soul. I hold BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and UCLA, respectively.

Ancient Waidan (Taoist Alchemy) - David Teng
What is Taoist Alchemy?
Taoist alchemy, also known as Neidan or inner alchemy,
is a spiritual and philosophical practice rooted in ancient Chinese Taoist traditions. It aims to attain spiritual enlightenment, immortality, and harmony with the Tao (the underlying principle that governs the universe) by cultivating and refining one's internal energies, such as Qi (vital energy) and Jing (essence).
Neigong or Internal Kung Fu is a form of Neidan, as I have talked about in many of my books, is the practice to transform your body with Jing, Qi (Bioenergy), and Shen (Spirit or Consciousness).
Key elements of Taoist alchemy:
Taoist Cosmology: Taoist alchemy is based on the principles of Taoism, which emphasize living in harmony with the natural order of the universe. Practitioners seek to align themselves with the Tao and the cycles of nature.
Three Treasures: Taoist alchemy focuses on the cultivation of the Three Treasures: Jing (essence), Qi (vital energy), and Shen (spirit). These are considered the foundational energies within the human body that must be refined and harmonized to achieve spiritual transformation.
Inner Alchemy Practice: Unlike external alchemy (which involves physical substances), Taoist alchemy is an internal practice that involves meditation, visualization, breathwork, and specific physical exercises to purify and balance the Three Treasures.
Microcosmic Orbit: A central concept in Taoist alchemy is the Microcosmic Orbit, where Qi is circulated along specific energy channels (meridians) in the body. This process aims to nourish and balance the body's energy centers (Dantians) and enhance overall vitality.
