Like everyone, I was always preoccupied with the negative side of things, the dark side in which we see nothing but darkness, and we find nothing but loss.
So I wondered about the ways that successful people take, and I found in the stories of the wise that hope, optimism, self-confidence and endless determination…

I decided to work with this advice, and since then I am touching the keys of hope and joy and peace. I was surprised by great changes in my life, and an energy that breaks all barriers, overcomes obstacles, and defeat difficulties. I regret what I lost of my life in the corner of despair and frustration, but to find myself now is better than finding it late. I am now soaring high, embracing my dreams one by one, and finding the truth of my strong, intelligent and beautiful self.
I am not a human development expert nor a professor of self-development, but a person like you who faced experiences, thought them impossible to solve, and was able to solve them. He listened carefully to the experiences of others who passed them. He decided to write this book to motivate you, encourage you, enhance your self-confidence, and help you to overcome the difficulties you face and change your negative view of things to positive.
I remember the day I promised myself and made a decision to no longer be a miserable person. I said to myself, If there ever was a day when I would be truly happy and live in peace and happy, why wouldn't it be now?
On this day, I decided to be happier than ever before, and to my surprise, I had become happier than I had already imagined.
I started asking others why they were so happy. Their answers, without exception, reflected my experience of happiness and peace. They all found that they had enough of their misery, pain, and loneliness, and decided to change their lives.
This book was written to offer technical rules and examples to show that you do not need to be defeated, but that you can have peace of mind, health in the body, and an inexhaustible abundance of strength, in short, a life full of joy and contentment. I have no doubt about these matters, because I have noticed countless people who have learned and applied a type of easy procedure, and obtained these benefits mentioned above, and these affirmations, which may seem exaggerated, but are based on real observations from the reality of human experiences.
The truth is that many people suffer failure from the dilemmas of ordinary life, they spend their days toiling and at times crying, a feeling of hatred overwhelms them towards what they call the intractable obstacles that life has put in their way. There may indeed be so-called hard thresholds, in this life, but there is also the strong spirit and the right path which they control these obstacles and even decide their fate. It is unfortunate that people succumb to defeat and make room for the dilemmas, worries and difficulties of this life to weigh on them.
When I say this, I do not mean to ignore the hardships and tragedies of this existence or to underestimate their value, but at the same time, I do not allow them to prevail over us.
You may allow obstacles to take over your mind until they occupy the highest place in your life, and thus they become the dominant factors in your thinking pattern. If you know how to throw them away from your mind, and refuse to interpret them within your mind, you work at the same time to divert the course of spiritual power to fill your being, and overwhelmed by your thoughts, you will rise above the obstacles that conquer the unprepared. By the means that I will summarize for you, thresholds will not be able to destroy your happiness and well-being, and then you will not be defeated unless you desire defeat, and this book teaches you how to resolve not to defeat.

Below I will list the rules of life that will help you live a happy life and get your inner peace. I have noticed that the happiest people are those who follow most of these methods, and the miserable ones who do not.
The successful person usually does not realize that he is the one who normally plays by these rules. As for people who are less spontaneous, they will usually feel that something is missing in their life, and they will spend their whole life searching for that thing that will give them this miracle that will give their lives meaning, and fill the void they feel.

Here and now, at your age and in your current situation, do you believe that you have achieved complete success? Or is there still more waiting for you in your life? Is life still able to give you more opportunities? Are there other things you would like to achieve that you haven’t reached yet? Something you would like to learn but have not learned yet? Are there things you would love to own that you haven’t yet? If you have ambitions and goals that you want to achieve, how can you reach them in the fastest time and with the least effort? Is there a simple way to achieve our goals quickly, easily, and without trouble?
In the past, I believed that success was a difficult path and a hardship. They taught us since childhood that whoever seeks pleasure stays up late at night and that success requires sleeplessness, fatigue, and difficulty. This conviction has been rooted in us since childhood, and it was present to me like the rest of the people I knew.
I had great ambition and many dreams I wanted to achieve in life, and I always wondered: How can I succeed? How did those people who preceded me succeed in this life? Is there a faster way to grow?
I decided to take this question to the test in practice. I decided to do in-depth personal research in this field. I began by looking for successful people in the world, people like you and me, people who started with ordinary beginnings but then achieved remarkable success. I was looking for success stories that are real and close to our reality, not the hyperbolic heroisms we are accustomed to hearing. After finding successful people and several success stories, I felt that specific patterns of thought and behavior recur between the different success stories; there are certain things they do or share in one way or another. From here, my convictions began to change; because I discovered that, contrary to popular belief, success is not a difficult thing; on the contrary; I found that success is straightforward, one plus one equals two, simple steps that, if you follow in your life you will achieve success and achieve the results you want to reach.
If you do not follow them, you will not achieve success. It is a simple and explicit equation; therefore, I discovered one characteristic that all successful people share: the most essential and most significant characteristic. If it does not exist in the person, he will not succeed in his life, which is: Clarity, yes, clarity of vision. The successful person, or the person with high achievement in this life, is a person who has excellent clarity, and by clarity, I mean that you know who you are. You know your values, your goals, and your mission in life. You know where you are heading.
