This book is a reminder to all that life is a journey of unpredictable experiences, a journey with winding roads covered with disappointments, joys, sadness, and disbeliefs. We find ourselves having to make a variety of choices as we travel throughout our entire life. Sometimes the choices we make do not work out to be the best alternative or the right option for our good. The choices we make may lead us down the wrong path, causing hurts and regrets for us as well as others.

We must learn to maneuver each experience with care, caution, and prayer because how we play these experiences in our daily life decides our soul salvation. Each experience has a lesson inscribed for growing and coming closer to our Savior. All experiences give us an opportunity to become a better person, to develop a loving relationship with our heavenly Father.

Sometimes it takes a little longer to see the benefits from life's experiences, but in the end, the goodness inside of us blossoms, and we realize that God's guidance, grace, and mercy helped bring us through our difficulties. Every human being made by God has a good heart. God did not make a human being with an evil heart. Everything and everyone He made is good. Our heavenly Father loves his children now, and He will always love His children. His love is never ending.

I am inspired to share my thoughts and revelations about the greatness of God with the hope that someone may be encouraged to reach for God and become fulfilled with love, hope, faith, and joy and realize that there is no need to worry when we have the most important tool at hand, prayer, to get us through all difficulties. We can talk to God 24-7. He is always available.

As you read this book, you will find true revelations along with personal thoughts about faith, sorrow, joy, and character. These revelations and thoughts are fortified with biblical scriptures. I hope that you will be inspired to draw closer to God for answers to your personal situations. I encourage you to read the Word of God for your complete strength and understanding. The intended purpose of this book is to reinforce your inner strength with courage so you can face difficulties, be able to move past stumbling blocks, and know you are not alone. The Gift of Love

God is love. We are all made in the image of God. We should be who God created us to be. Therefore, we must try to be a replica of God. To be a replica, we must study and learn who God is. You can learn all about God by studying and reading the Bible. God expects us to love one another. He loves each one of us. Remember, it is much easier to love one another rather than hate one another. Having God front and center in your life will allow you to return love for hate.

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

—John 13:34

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

—1 John 4:8

Talking to God

Many have experienced valleys at some point in life. These low points in life may come from losing a job, losing a loved one, or some other devastating event. Sometimes, these life-changing events can be so overwhelming to the point one decides life is not worth living. A person may decide there is no way he can get beyond whatever is troubling and weakening his spirit.

God has a plan for each one, and each new day is God giving you another chance at life. We must talk to God daily and ask Him to keep, guide, and strengthen us so we can face, with courage, the pain, sorrow, and disappointments in life. Pray and ask God to strengthen your soul so you may move beyond the low points in your life. If God is willing, He will grant the requests of your heart.

Decide today that no difficulties will rob you of a beautiful life. You must know and remember that God is your Creator, and He is not far from you. He walks with you every minute, and He will take care of you. He knows all about you, and He hears your cries. He will talk back to you. All that is required of you is to have a listening ear and an open heart:

What other nation is so great as to have their gods near them the way the Lord our God is near us whenever we pray to him? (Deuteronomy 4:7)

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. (Psalm 34:17)

Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)
