About
When approaching someone, you first see their outward body language, expressions on their face, speech patterns, and emotional behavior. Next, you notice their deeper inner layers of thinking and feeling, all the way down to their soul and self. These levels are related to particular talents in a special communication system in this useful handbook.
In order to improve assertive balance and lessen imbalanced non-assertiveness and hostility, the skills are enhanced by recognizing the delicate flow of energy that unites the heart and mind, unity and diversity, in 36 distinct abilities. The comprehensiveness and gradual refinement of higher levels in a coherent communication system are the book's distinctive qualities. The book has a distinctive format as well.
With an emphasis on simplicity and clarity, each skill is explained in a short four-page chapter that includes a definition, instructions for use, and examples of both ineffective and effective uses.
The chapter is then summarized in the final section, Putting It All Together, which collectively arranges the skills into a clear, simple-to-use framework for healthy, effective communication.
SPECIFIC HEART AND MIND HEAT: Don't pass away before you pass away
Your highest vibration is where your greatest worth is, according to Dr. JohnDeMartini
A daughter once complained to her father about how awful her life had become and how she didn't know how she was going to make it. She had become weary of constantly battling and struggling. Even after she had been able to get past the prior issues, it felt as though she could never escape problems. She was led into the kitchen by her chef father. He put three pots on a high fire, each full of water. He put potatoes in one pot, eggs in another, and ground coffee beans in the third once the water in the three pots started to boil.
Without uttering a word to his daughter, he then let them boil for a while. The daughter complained and waited anxiously, unsure of what he was trying to say. He turned off the stoves after twenty minutes. The potatoes were removed from the pot and put in a bowl by the man. He removed the eggs and put them in another bowl. He then poured the coffee into a cup and ladled it out. He questioned, turning to face her. What do you see, daughter?"
She quickly replied, Potatoes, eggs, and coffee.
He urged her to look closer and touch the potatoes, which she did and found to be tender. Then he instructed her to crack an egg. She felt the inside of the hard-boiled egg after removing the shell. He then requested that she take a drink of the coffee. Her smile was brought on by its enticing perfume.
What does this mean, Father?"She enquired.
He continued by saying that the boiling water was the same challenge that the potatoes, eggs, and coffee beans had to overcome. However, each person responded uniquely. The potato entered the pot tough, hard, and unyielding, but in the boiling water it weakened and softened. The egg was delicate, and the thin shell served as protection for the liquid inside until it was placed in the pot of boiling water. The egg's interior hardens at that point. The ground coffee beans, however, were special. They changed the water after being exposed to the boiling water and came up with something new.
Which of them are you, exactly? He enquired of his daughter. What is your reaction when faced with adversity? Do you develop into a coffee bean, a potato, or an egg?
Moral: In life, things happen to us and around us, but what happens inside of us is the only thing that really matters. Who are you, exactly? What makes you happy, what gets you excited, and at what frequency do you vibrate? Your best self will emerge if you discover where your strengths lie.
The specific heat characteristic of a substance is the amount of heat needed to raise its temperature by one degree Celsius. The specific heat of water is, in general, the quantity of heat needed to increase the temperature of 1 kilogram of water by 1 degree Celsius. It is, in other words, the capacity of water to absorb heat. Here, the heat might be compared to life's challenges as we look for the strength to handle them.
The time it takes for each person to complete a task may vary. Instead, each worker takes their own time to do a task. While some people move quickly to complete a work, others may take a very long time. Similar behavior might have been observed in a class of 50 pupils. Even if they have access to the same materials, including the same instructors, setting, and courses, each student learns information differently depending on their aptitude and level of competency.
This occurs in all aspects of our lives, whether it be driving, swimming, playing any sport, performing art, or education. Different skill sets produce different results. It's common for parents to compare their kids to top students and put them under pressure by making fun of them for not performing as well. A young youngster once asked his father impertinently why he did not become a doctor like his friend's dad and chose to work as a clerk instead after his father scolded him for scoring lower than a peer. However, the father had abruptly turned away that day out of exasperation, leaving an open question in its place. Have you ever given it any consideration as to why it occurs? Let me illustrate this with the lovely scientific idea of specific heat.
Take some water and heat it in a steel pan on a burner. Check it out when a few minutes have passed. You will discover that although the utensil has heated up, the water within has only warmed little. In a similar manner, if you heat the water in a mud tool, you will see that the tool is warm while the water is hot. What causes that to occur? The reason for this is that steel, water, and dirt all have unique molecular compositions. Different compounds have unique characteristics, including diverse bond strengths. The ability of various molecules to absorb heat varies.
Humans are no different in this regard. The brain and fingers begin to grow simultaneously while the baby is only 5 months old and still within the mother. The brain grows in tandem with finger development. As a result, two people cannot have the same fingerprints, and they also have different mental characteristics. You might observe that certain people—let's say, family members—think one way but nonetheless address a given issue in a different way.
Thoughts lead to decisions, decisions lead to various behaviors, behaviors lead to fresh experiences, fresh experiences lead to fresh emotions, and fresh emotions lead to fresh thoughts. We refer to this as the Thought Cycle.
We experience a range of emotions as a result of our mental processes, and these feelings influence how well we perform in numerous spheres of life. I'll introduce you to some of my pals. One of them is a talented vocalist. He may have heard a song once, but he can sing it flawlessly. Even if the music may be unfamiliar to him, he can match every line and articulation with panache. His extraordinary aptitude in this area had led me and many others to urge him to seek a singing career. He had, however, consented to his choice to stick to the well-traveled paths rather than discover his potential. He now works for a firm, and although earning a respectable wage and receiving accolades for his singing at office events, he has consistently crushed his hopes to make a living off the virtue he was born with.
Another close friend of mine did poorly in school. He had the unfortunate distinction of taking far longer—7 years—than the typical 4 years to complete his mechanical engineering degree. However, he consistently received an infuriating 100% on the Machine Design exam. The academicians asserted that they had never encountered a machine designer with such exceptional talent. He was able to create any kind of car, fix any kind of vehicle, diagnose any kind of vehicle, and categorize the same using his unique standards and knowledge. He would possess every component of a machine or car at the sheer sight of it. Sadly, he decided to work for an IT company rather than continue in his area of competence.
Amazing artist was a classmate of mine. She used to produce faultless drawings and be able to copy anything with perfect accuracy just by looking at it. Then there is me, who has the ability to explain any complex subject simply. In just five minutes, I can read a person like a book and determine their thoughts and goals. The last two years have allowed me to develop this.
I have just attempted to compare specific heat to a person's passion through these examples. A person is doomed to success once they master a special talent or area of specialty and immerse themselves in it since their level of particular heat needed to get outcomes in that field is relatively low. You will become a millionaire as soon as you discover your passion. Live examples in that direction include Sachin Tendulkar, Lata Mangeshkar, Nikola Tesla, Pablo Picasso, and even Barack Obama.

How can you discover your internal vibration?
Wherever your intellect and heart are at their coolest is where your passion rests. This implies that the area in which you might become an expert in yourself is that which you enjoy performing naturally or during which you lose yourself. You will have to put in more work there if your particular heat is high.
Method1-1:
The world's foremost expert on behavior, the great Dr. John DeMartini, once said that your highest value lies in your highest vibration.
You will discover your value once you start paying attention to your vibrations. I'll walk you through how to hear your inner voice.
Process: Find a peaceful area, close your eyes, inhale deeply, and gently exhale. repeat three times. Your chest, abdomen, thighs, leg, foot, nose, and throat should all be relaxed. You can unwind and enter a low frequency mental state known as the Alpha State or Meditative State in this way. Similar to how clear water may be seen after mud water has settled for a while, entering the alpha state allows you to hear your inner voice. Recall your early years in school, your time in college, and your time working. What were the activities you used to enjoy doing when you had a break, when nobody asked you to do anything in particular, or when no one was paying you for what you chose to do? Remember those details. After that brief trance, come out of it and record everything you remembered. Your best value is found in your inner vibration. So I discovered my passion. RD Burman, Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, Pablo Picasso, Sachin Tendulkar, and Michaelangelo are a few examples. They discovered their love early on, and now they are recognizable characters around the globe.
Everyone is a genius, as Albert Einstein famously said. A fish will spend the rest of its life feeling that it is foolish if you assess it by its ability to climb a tree.
Yash, a student in the 12th grade, only received a score of 72 percent on his board exam. He was overjoyed, and his mother was thrilled with the outcome. To commemorate the achievement, they had both taken a vacation overseas. They shared photos from their vacation on social media before returning home after seven days. How come you are so happy and celebrating your son's success with only 72 percent score when my son got 95 percent and we are worried that he still may not get admission in a reputable college because the cut off is quite high? Her neighbor was taken aback by their celebration and asked the boy's mother in utter amazement. The mother of Yash responded calmly. "A fish can travel the entire ocean, but it cannot climb a tree. I have faith that my son will discover his passion and live a full life, which is why we are celebrating. Why should I care about things that are not his intended purpose? I should instead assist him in
