About this ebook
My motive for writing the book "Power of Thought" is to give the reader an impression of, how strong mental energy is. A lot of people know that thoughts have influence, but I have experienced through my lectures that there are also many people who do not know, the powerful influence thoughts have on our lives.

I began my career as a biotherapist in 1984. The reason I refer to it as biotherapy is that I identify the root cause of the problem, whether it's physical, psychological, or karmic. In 2005, I acquired a bioresonance machine, the English Lybra, enabling me to assist people worldwide. Drawing from my own personal development, clinical experience, and teaching, I ventured into writing in 1994. To date, I have authored 15 books, including two novels. All my books are grounded in personal growth, incorporating both personal experiences and case studies from my practice and teachings as a kinesiologist and psychotherapist.

INTRODUCTION
My motive for writing the book Power of Thought
is to give the reader an impression of, how strong mental energy is. A lot of people know that thoughts have influence, but I have experienced through my lectures that there are also many people who do not know, the powerful influence thoughts have on our lives.
Some years ago there was a lot of talk about positive thinking. The result was that some people became totally locked up
in their way of thinking. They tried, many times in vain, to control their thoughts. It is important to me that we observe our thoughts to find out why we think as we do. It is important that we accept the negative thoughts and change them in accordance with our development. Consciousness is the keyword. A bad consciousness creates new negative thoughts which influence the feelings and with that also our doings. It is not the point. The intention is to cast light on the power of these thoughts so we can cope with the negative. But it is important to let the negative thoughts come to the surface. If we try to supress them they become even more negative and powerful in a destructive way.
There is a story about the son of a god who lived on earth. His name was Hercules. He received 12 assignments from his teacher. One assignment for each month of the year. In the 8th month he was to go to a big swamp snake. His teacher gave him one piece of advice before his journey. We are praised when we kneel; we gain when we surrender; we win when we give up.
When Hercules came to the swamp, the snake had hidden in a hole. He forced him out by shooting arrows with burning tar into the hole. The swamp snake had many heads which whispered and tried to tempt Hercules with gold and green woods. He took his sword and cut one of the heads off. But instead two new heads grew up. Then Hercules started to think of the advice his teacher gave him. He knelt down, took hold of the swamp snake and he raised the big slimy beast up to the light. The heads withered one after the other.
The swamp snake was the symbol of our subconscious thoughts, beliefs and wills. Chopping the heads off by Hercules corresponds to the suppressing of our thoughts. The act of raising the swamp snake up to the light corresponds to letting all our thoughts come up to consciousness - in their total dimension. In the Light the negative thoughts will change to a positive energy.
I do hope that my book will give inspiration, so that the negative sides will be held up to the Light, and thus contribute to the developing of conscious and positive people on this earth.
1. HERITAGE
The question is whether mankind has ever been conscious and positive? If so, when did it begin, when did it end?
Our thoughts, feelings and actions in this life have their roots in our childhood and ancestors. We inherited the breeding ground of our imbalances because we chose from the nonphysical world, the family that we did.
We can only learn through manifestation and therefore we chose the inheritance in exactly the family which we did choose.
There was a mutual attraction between the parents and the child´s soul - as between two poles. When a child is conceived, there are many elements which have to match together. Among other things there are the genetic inheritance, the culture, the time and the soul. The soul wants to come down and improve all that which was less good in the previous life. All lies coded in the soul. We can compare it to the codes there are in a seed. The seed has all information about what flower it will become. When it will germinate, grow, flower, produce seeds, disperse them on the soil and how long they have to stay in the soil till a new germinating starts. The entire cycle is coded in the seed. It is the same with the soul. It has all the codes within itself on earth. But like the seed, the soul has to wait for the right conditions to come. In the case of the soul these conditions are the family down on earth, where the soul is to be born.
From time to time people ask me, what happens if the family in question is not prepared for children? For example if the family does not desire children. What happens with the soul which is waiting?
If the couple do not have any children, the soul can choose another family with similar imbalances and qualities. The soul chooses in the first place a family which it knows from the previous life. It can be people with whom the soul has been closely related to; family members, friends or enemies.
If the couple already have children, the soul can wait until they grow up and get their own children.
The most important issue for the soul is to come down, transport these wrong codes and carry out the purpose of its existence on earth.
The objective is individual and can involve anything starting from learning self-dependence to ending up with working for the community or for the survival of earth.
Regardless of our objective, I believe we have one common and superior issue: Light and peace in every human being, and with that Light and peace on earth.
This is an explanation from the point of view of the reincarnation of the soul. We choose this family which have these negative aspects and which can be provoking factors for the aspects we will change.
All people are on the way - to some destination or other! If you ask me, where we are going to, I will say: back to the unity, the Light - where we come from. Life is a process, and we return again and again, until we learn the balance, and later on help others. One day we reach the level where we can freely choose whether we want to come down again or not. Fortunately there is nobody who can judge how far we have come. As I mentioned earlier - all of us are on the way, but our route is covered in traps and challenges.
The meaning of life - destiny:
Of course I do not have the answer to the question what life is, but I have, like so many others an idea about it. I will try to explain it with imagery.
When we are conceived, we are equipped
with two pockets
. The first pocket
is filled with grain, the other pocket
is filled with thistle seeds. We spread all seeds out and as time goes by, the seeds are nourished. They sprout and grow. As adults we go sometimes astray
, get lost between thistles and corn. Or we alternate between them. At other times we choose both of them. We are full of defence mechanisms and do not dare pull the thistles up, because we know them, are used to them, in spite of the fact that we get pricked by them many times. What do we get when we pull the thistles up? Do we want to use so much time to get rid of them? They prick us also when we pull them up. It is difficult and painful.
What is the point of everything, we can ask ourselves?
Life is full of challenges. We get motivated to get experience and maybe to clean up. If we just do not sit down and lose
ourselves in self-pity. Or if we allow the energy to manifest itself as problems and illness - without sharing the responsibility for change.
We could ask ourselves questions - what happens, if I pull the thistles up? What is the worst thing to happen while pulling up the thistles and what do I get out of my effort?
The answers are individual, because the thistles we have in our cornfields differ greatly in number and size.
If we accept challenge and start to pull the thistles up, then I mean, the reward is the same for all of us. A clean cornfield, just to stay with my figure of speech. What does it mean, and what one can use it for is again individual. I can only say, what a clean cornfield means to me. It is not sure that it is the same for you. But my feeling is that it must be a positive thing for all people to have a clean cornfield instead of a field where the corn is suffocated by thistles spread more and more. I could also give an example of wild thistles in a flowerbed. If they are not pulled up, they quickly take over the flowerbed. The same happens with an inappropriate energy in an individual. But if we go beyond our own acquired limits, clean up and follow our inner teaching master, then it can only end positively. When we listen to what impedes us and believe that this is our truth, than we allow the thistles to grow. The true answer is to be found only in one place - inside us - in our inner Light.
This book gives you some possibilities to find the way to your inner Light. Other books give you other possibilities. The most important issue for me is that each of us does what is the most proper for us.
What is the most proper for one person can be wrong for another one. We have to follow our inner rhythm and movement and take responsibility for ourselves and our lives. If we do not follow ourselves it is among other things due to acquired needs and convictions about what is right for us in our life. All people know deep down when something is wrong or not. Even though we in our consciousness believe in what we have learned and live in accordance with it, we know subconsciously what parts of the learnt patterns are wrong in relation to us. Sometimes some of it appears in our consciousness. But maybe we do not know how to change it. And we can imagine a lot of things. For instance we can think that it is probably us who are making a mistake. This imagination is a thistle which needs to be pulled up, before it produces new seeds.
Let us start by getting rid of the old convictions which hinder the free, constructive and peaceful life
2. CONVICTIONS
A conviction is a thought learned at childhood, where we follow the acquired pattern as if it was the truth. We agree with the adult who has taught us to think the way we do, in a particular situation. Gradually we think automatically in the way we thus learned. When we act accordingly we give the conviction energy and thereby strengthen it.
Positive thoughts/convictions create feelings, actions and new positive convictions.
Negative thoughts/convictions create emotions, chaos and confusion.
(Emotions are repressed feelings).
What we think creates a feeling. Some people mean that the feelings they have are created by other people. They say for example: You make me angry
. But it is not the other person who makes us angry. On the contrary, it is what the person thinks due to what the other person says or does. We respond in accordance to the thoughts and convictions which are stored in our sub-consciousness and which we believe to be a universal truth. A conviction can make its owner believe, that all people think the same. The reason is that the conviction was originally thought to the person as if it was a universal truth.
For instance: Nice girls do not show their legs
Or Big boys do not cry
.
These sentences are built up as universal truths. The child learns that all people think like this. The child has acquired a conviction.
If the sentence had an author, then the conviction would be no longer universal but would be valid for the person who made the sentence. I
do not think that nice girls should show their legs."
There are some people who think, that it is superfluous to say: I. They think that it is a matter of course that it is their own opinion, when the sentence comes from their mouth. My life long experi-ence has shown something different. When a person says to us:
You are nice
,
most people will take it positively and be happy for a universal truth.
On the other hand, if a person says:
You are stupid,
it would be better for most of the people, if the person would add an author to the sentence: I think you are stupid.
Personally I think that it is more constructive to make it clear, who has the conviction, that I am stupid. Then it is easier for me to cope with.
A case:
One of my clients, Bente, was of the conviction that her mother was manipulating and controlling. She said this as if it were a universal truth beyond questions. It was as simple as that.
At first I did not know the reason for this conclusion, neither did I know what Bente was thinking about, her feelings or reactions. So I asked her some questions, which gave me a picture of the background to her conviction.
These questions revealed that Bente´s mother often frowned and said: Behave yourself properly.
Subsequently when Bente saw her mother frown she would think for example: Now I have to be careful what I say. I have to watch my words.
These thoughts made Bente feel inhibited and she projected the feeling on her mother. In Bente´s mind it was her mother who restricted her. She shrank within herself thinking that she was not al-lowed anything. Bente changed the sentence taking responsibility for her own life:
I am irritated
because I think, that
