About this ebook

By writing the book The Light of Death, it is my hope that the people who have fear of dying may find another way to look at death, as a natural termination at this life, and a rebirth into the light of love.
My intention is to be able to convey a sense of peace in the process of dying.
I have during my work in hospitals and nursing homes, as an assistant nurse, experienced the death of many people, they all died, with the same peace and tranquillity.
In my opinion, the different religious beliefs has coursed much unnecessary anxiety in people. Maybe as children some has been threaten with God as the one who punish if they did not behave in a certain way or specially in relation to sexual behaviour.  This may have coursed, that some may have become afraid of God,  the one they have being told, they had to face, when they die.
My own experience relates to my father's death, which happened the first of February 1994, this is the reason for writing this book. Combined with my own experience I have furthermore interviewed four people, who has lost either a father or a mother.
In telling their stories and part of my own, there is left out names and particulars in order to protect the individual, therefore there will be people named as "the person".

My experience is, that most people are afraid of dying right up to the end, and then in the last moment, they really find out what is awaiting them, (the light), but why be scared for so many years, when it is possible to live the whole of your life in peace with the thought of dying.

It is not only in the moment of death, that we can experience light, but also during our life time.  In the moment of death, the brain is not analysing or distrusting, we experience what we experience. The more we open up for the light during our life, then it will no longer be the light of death, but the light of life and death, we will experience.
In the chapter, the meaning of life, I explain my beliefs in bringing light into our lives.

The stories about life, death and the light, are from experience during my childhood and work as an alternative therapist.
Even if I sometimes write as this is the universal truth, It is "only" my own experience, unless I use references.

I began my career as a biotherapist in 1984. The reason I refer to it as biotherapy is that I identify the root cause of the problem, whether it's physical, psychological, or karmic. In 2005, I acquired a bioresonance machine, the English Lybra, enabling me to assist people worldwide. Drawing from my own personal development, clinical experience, and teaching, I ventured into writing in 1994. To date, I have authored 15 books, including two novels. All my books are grounded in personal growth, incorporating both personal experiences and case studies from my practice and teachings as a kinesiologist and psychotherapist.

    Preface

Certainly, this book is about death and the conditions before and after it, but precisely because of that, it also becomes a reflection on life. Several descriptions conclude that it was very positive to be present during the dying process, even though, as outsiders, we might normally consider the situation dreadful and horrifying based on the described details.

The book describes some individuals' experiences of light and warmth associated with the onset of death; others may sense something, albeit without seeing anything specific. There is no doubt that a significant amount of non-physical communication occurs in con-nection with death from this world and birth into another. Many people fear death, and as a result, they may not fully embrace and live their lives. The certainty that we are something more than the body that experiences pain or the mind that can both love and hate can bring reassurance. There is a purpose to life - the purpose is to live it.

The emotions, wishes, and demands expressed by the bereaved in this book emphasize the importance of being honest and open with others in daily life - and especially with our-selves. It is crucial that we express our fondness for each other. This not only makes death easier but also enriches our everyday lives. The thoughts expressed by the bereaved pro-vide material for contemplation in situations where we still have the opportunity to address our unfortunate behavior patterns and attitudes.

    Introduction

My own experience relates to my father’s death, which happened the first of February 1994, this is the reason for writing this book. Combined with my own experience I have furthermore interviewed four people, who has lost either a father or a mother.

In telling their stories and part of my own, there is left out names and particulars in order to protect the individual, therefore there will be people named as the person.

Even if I sometimes write as this is the universal truth, It is only my own experience, unless I use references.

    1. How life begins

In this space and time, we all originate from the union between an egg and a sperm cell, each of which contains their own half of the new child's inheritance. These two cells melt together and become one cell, which then divides into more and more cells until a whole new being has been created, and a new individual can be born. All of these billions of cells hold the same genetic code, and is the blue print for the individuals looks and nature.  We inherit our genetic material from our parent's egg and sperm cell. That means, we inherit what pertain to the physical plane, such as physical body, feelings and behaviour, and to this a soul can connect itself.

Through our mother’s egg cell,, we inherit the physical part of ourselves. About five million egg cells were created in her ovaries during her embryonic stage. From the moment she reaches adolescence, these eggs mature one bye one each month. When created in the embryonic stage, they all have an genetic code. In my experience this code contains the blue prints for the physical body, behaviour, future illnesses, or tendencies to illnesses. These codes are a reflection of her parent’s life, and there moods when conceived. The girl’s eggs are also coded with her own impression of her childhood.

From our father’s side, we receive the sperm cells, these are from the time of puberty created in his testicles, and ejaculated when aroused, if not ejaculated they will absorbed in the body (disintegrated). If an ejaculation results in conceiving, his sperm cell will bee coded with his emotions at this specific moment, as well as the impression from his life lived, and the inheritance from how his parent’s were like.

We have now an egg cell coded with the physiological, emotional and behavioural pattens from our forefathers generation, the way I see it, on top of that, in our cells we have the code of our mother and father’s physiological, emotional and behavioural pattens right up the time of conception. We have now a new individual body with feelings and a behaviour pattern, during the embryonic stage or immediately after birth the soul will interact with the body. The soul is connected to its physical body by means of a silver cord. The soul is attached to one end of the silver cord, and the body is attached to the other end of the silver cord. No matter whether the soul is in the body, or outside the body, they are still connected with the silver cord, and so it is until the time of death. This I saw, when ny father was dying.

When the child is born, the soul begins bit by bit moving into the body.  I believe that the duration of this process is individual, but according to antrophosof  Rudolf Steiner, we incarnate during the first seven years of our lives (incarnation means become physical). As for myself, I can only say, that I remember when as a soul, I crawled into my body. I was about 28 years old at that time, and felt it like creeping into a bottle, which was too small.  Up to that time, it felt like I was outside my body and guided it by remote control.

    2. The meaning of life

It is my conviction that the meaning of life is, to come down to earth in order to change our physical coding, so it enables us to become unselfish positive beings. The more we change, the more we can be tuned into, and be our spiritual light, and thus become more free. The choice of parents changes every time we come to earth, in accordant with the transformation, we ourselves made last time we were her. I believe that we in the end are free to choose whether we will incarnate or not.

During my own process and my work as an alternative therapist, I feel that the genetic codes need to be changed so that the soul can enter the body and take control, thus make the life easier.  In the areas in ourselves where the ego does not allow the soul a control, the soul is more or less outside the body. As long as we let the physical mind control us and keep the soul away, we will be a product of our ancestors and
