The Poetry Connection presents a few standards in human-kind personality that support our own ability to communicate with *energy/spirit. It offers thought in connecting with ourselves and, thereby, gaining experience in communicating with spiritual guidance. They consider how to lovingly *align thinking with emotion, thought, and *feelings. This is how to become compatible with our own ability to tell truth, *heal, influence, and create life. It is what I believe, work at, and live every day. It starts with the individual. If more of us are doing the same, then like energy creates and expands.

By trade, curiosity, and necessity: I am a Naturopathic (Holistic Health Doctor), Hypnotherapist, Medical/Spiritual Intuitive, and Reiki Master/Teacher. A formal and self- education in Eastern, Western, and Tribal healing and spiritual philosophies. It is always a collection of people, thoughts, and efforts that are needed to achieve anything. It is a Holistic Collaboration of the physical and the divine.

This life-view leads to being more adaptable, truth-aware, confident, calmer, healthier, active, less resistant, and aids in developing faith and trust in spirit and ourselves. It is a flexible foundation for increasing the right confidents, balance, is humbling, helpful, increases laughter, eases stress, and in time develops wisdom. All highly nutritional for the body and the *soul.

*God/energy/spirit/vibration is unfailing in its accuracy and guidance. It brings life-altering experiences and insights. Provides endless opportunities to grow and, sometimes to just be, observe, and to allow things to unfold without any interference. Spirit guides us in what to do, when to do, how to do, and if to do. It exposes truth! It is the master instructor for lining up, at the same time; emotion, feeling, and thinking with the true essence of the heart. This is ‘balance’. It is in this state that healing miracles and life *manifestation are set into motion.

As for the writing of the poetry – WHO KNEW! I have never been into poetry, so when I started putting my perspective in this concise yet artistic format, I was more shocked and challenged than anyone could imagine. I guess if I can write poetry, then writing like a normal person should be easier, right? It has been a brutal, exciting, humbling, and personally healing experience. It has given me hope for the future.
