    DEDICATION

Utterings of a Light Worker is dedicated to the spirit world and all people who currently work with it. Utterings of a Light Worker is also dedicated to all people who are learning, or who would like to learn, about the spirit world and themselves.

    PREFACE

People ask the question What is a Light Worker? The answer to that question is this. A Light Worker is somebody who works towards achieving the highest good for all without detriment to themselves. A Light Worker is somebody who has empathy with people, plants, and animals and tries to assist them in any way possible with their lives. A Light Worker is somebody who freely gives help and encouragement to all who ask for it. A Light Worker is somebody who freely shares knowledge and understanding of what they know with anybody who asks. A Light Worker is somebody who has experienced for themselves the truth of the continuation of life after physical death. A Light Worker is somebody who has experienced for themselves the truth of the spirit world and all that it entails. A Light Worker is somebody who genuinely wishes to teach and show others how they can also know and work with the spirit world towards achieving the highest good for all.

This then, is the reason why Utterings of a Light Worker has been written. It is one of the ways that the spirit world working through me can help many others to gain comfort and reassurance when it comes to the subject of losing a loved one, family member or friend through physical death. The spirit world has directed and helped me to write Utterings of a Light Worker so many others can be helped, reassured, and empowered by the knowledge and understanding of the reality of the spirit world and how it works. Everything written within this book is as a direct result of everything I have experienced to date. I can only write from actual experience or from what I have read about from those who are knowledgeable in their field of expertise, purely because I need to write from the position of absolute conviction and truth. Therefore everything you will read about in Utterings of a Light Worker has actually happened and has been experienced by me and others who I have met either in person or through their writing.

    THANK YOU

I would like, in no particular order, to express my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of the following people. For without all of these people together, this book, Utterings of a Light Worker, most certainly would not exist, and you would not be reading it now. So I thank very much indeed all of the following people for helping to bring this book to life and, therefore, to you:

The spirit world in all of its form for being a part of me and for allowing me to be a part of it– for allowing me to be one of its ambassadors. I thank this world or working with me, teaching me, and showing me things I could not possibly have understood or believed without its much needed help and assistance.

Sonia Driscoll, one of my tutors, for proof-reading sections of part two of this book and therefore helping to ensure I have the details of the exercises correct. I also very much thank Sonia and all of the friends and co-students in one of Sonia’s circles, The Tiger’s Eye, for bringing the spirit world to life for me and, as a result, completely changing my entire life very much for the better.

Me, Geoff Bell, for having the strength, courage, ambition, and desire to learn about and bring to life the spirit world through this book, for having the determination and increasing conviction needed when writing any book, let alone on such a subject as this.

Everybody who has shared with me their experiences and stories connected with the spirit world and their interpretations of it, most of these being truly amazing and outstanding.

Judy (A & J Design), for designing and producing the cover designs. Not only is she a very good artistic designer in her own right, but she is very good at translating sporadic, disorganised, and quite random ideas into a most beautiful and coherent eye-catching design.

Jessica Juby (Jess), for all of the hard work she has done for me, and patience she has shown to me, in proofreading the entirety of this book. She has helped me more than she could ever know and has offered some very valuable practical assistance.

Balboa Publishing, for their highly valuable and professional editing services, and for their help and advice with respect to publishing this book.

You, the person reading this book, for being intrigued and interested enough to buy it and spend your time reading through it. I truly hope you enjoy reading it and learn much from it. I hope you will be inspired enough to help other people to understand what is written within this book.

Everybody who has taken a keen interest in and offered much needed support for the writing of this book.

All people in the scientific world for their passion and desire to bring scientific thinking and experience to us mere mortals, in particular through the books that some of these people have written– too many to mention by name and title.

All the people I have ever met and will meet, for sharing your stories and adventures and for making me who and what I am. You have all given me some truly amazing and fantastic memories and experiences.

The following quotes are from Robin J Gibson’s book, Evolution In A New Light:

If you think strongly enough you will be forced by science to believe in God.

    –Lord Kelvin

Amid the mysterious which become the more mysterious the more they are thought about, there will remain the one absolute certainty that man is ever in the presence of an Infinite and Eternal ENERGY from which all things proceed.

    –Herbert Spencer

    From Alfred North Whitehead’s definition of Religion;

(The Spirit World) is the vision of something which stands beyond, behind, and within the passing flux of immediate things, something which is real, and yet waiting to be realised; something which is a remote possibility, and yet the greatest of present facts; something which gives meaning to all that passes, and yet eludes apprehension; something which is the final ideal, and yet the hopeless quest; something whose possession is the final good, and is yet beyond reach.

(My italics and replacement for the word religion)

    SETTING THE SCENE

Utterings of a Light Worker purposefully has two very distinctive parts to it. Part One highlights some of the major experiences and learning opportunities that have been presented to me with respect to the human and very physical life I have enjoyed to date. These experiences and the learning obtained from them have come in many forms and guises. At first it may seem as though these very different experiences and learning are not connected or related in any way at all, when in fact they most certainly are.

They are examples of the very different yet interconnected ways in which my human life has progressed. They are all examples of the separate paths I have taken in order to learn about one thing– my physical and human life.

The perception of my physical life has been enhanced as a result of viewing my life and all that is around it from often completely opposite or contradictory positions. What may have been seen as totally outlandish and incomprehensible soon became obviously part of the whole of my existence and understanding. It is this open-minded and fearless approach to new learning and understanding that makes me who and what I am, and it is this awareness and open-mindedness that I wish to instil within you.

What you will read in this first part of Utterings of a Light Worker is much more than just a collection of interesting stories of adventures I have undertaken. It is also an example of how personal life and perception is changed depending upon what you decide to explore or choose to do at any one moment in your life. The adventures you will read about are truly amazing in their own right, but it is the change or enhancement of your perception that I wish to encourage you to explore when you read this first part of Utterings of a Light Worker.

Part 2 of Utterings of a Light Worker is all about a very real form of existence I call the Spirit World, and it explains, through my experiences, how to work with and explore it for yourself if you wish to. Having first explored your perception of everyday events and circumstances in the first part of this book, you will be able to explore in the second part a very real and very much more exciting form of existence that is not ordinarily observable from a purely physical, material, and earthly perspective.

If you follow some of the exercises, or indeed all of them, you will see there is no such thing as death. There is only change of form. Science tells us that energy, and therefore matter, is never used up or lost. It is only ever changed in some way. The same is utterly true of life and consciousness in all of its forms, including human life. We never lose a loved one through physical death. They just change form, and we have to learn a different way to commune with them, as they are not of a physical form and therefore have no physical way of talking with us either.

So the second part of Utterings of a Light Worker is a ‘how to’ section to help you understand that your loved ones and friends who have changed form are always with you. This second part will help you to understand how to communicate with them also. As with the first part of this book, I hope your perception will be greatly enhanced, and therefore you will gain great encouragement, hope, and understanding as a result.

Please enjoy what you read within the pages of this book. I truly hope that you gain much from Utterings of a Light Worker. Thank you.

    PROLOGUE

In the beginning there was me. There was intelligent energy without physical form, without physical reality. I could see all I wanted to see. I could make all I wanted to make. I had all the freedom I needed to do and think all I wanted to. Everything in existence, the entirety of creation, was mine, was me, was all there was. Time was irrelevant, as was space. I could be anywhere at every time. I could be any thing I wanted to be, individually or collectively. I was here and there and nowhere at the same time. I was all and nothing also. There were no limits. Anything and everything was possible.

Every emotion, every feeling, every thought was mine to be enjoyed. I controlled the wind, the rain, the sun, and the stars. Everything in existence, life itself in all of its forms, was mine and I could do anything I wanted with it. I could create life in any form I wished, and I could destroy it just as easily. This is the power of the mind, of intelligent energy, of the soul, of you, of me, of God, however you interpret it.

But for all this glorious power and radiance there was, it seems, limitation– imperfection. How could I experience what it is like to be human without actually manifesting as a human being? How can I understand human thoughts, emotions, feelings, and reasoning without being human? How can you know the still, freshness of the autumn morning or the silence of the desert unless you have actually experienced it for yourself? So it was that the seed of the desire to manifest as a human being on a planet we humans call Earth was planted.

They say that travel broadens the mind, that travel creates and enhances experience. For sure, there has never been a truer saying, but travel comes in many forms, and at great cost. We humans instinctively think of travel in the form of physically moving from one place to another, of visiting another country or town, a movement from one physical position to a different physical position somewhere else.

But what about the travel of the mind, the change of opinion or way of thinking? What about the learning of new skills and abilities by watching, listening, and learning from others? What about learning about mathematics as a child, for example, or history?

What about trying to find answers to life’s deeper questions by travelling the maze of different perspectives or belief systems, for example?
