About this ebook

In the absence of any underlying medical condition, we must assume we are born with the birthright of becoming great creators who can live fulfilled lives in all spheres – personally, spiritually, socially and professionally.

Unfortunately, many people are born into family circumstances that make this difficult to achieve and thus fully embrace their potential. Others are born into human-made systems that limit their ability to understand and access the original language of creation that the universe understands.

These inherited human-made systems block people's ability to discover their true self, history and future, yet, until people know their identities, they cannot manifest to live their fulfilled lives.

In Principles and Tools of Creation, Teresiah Malatji introduces readers to the mechanisms that will open the door to a life journey cleansed of limiting grounds and human-made systems.

This book will assist in the journey of effective and efficient creation in every area of life. Principles and Tools of Creation is a universal language used, spoken and understood by the universe in the process of creation – and it is accessible to anyone, irrespective of race, age, class, social status or gender.

    About the Book

It is my greatest pleasure to present this beautiful book to all creators and co-creators on earth. The principles and tools of creation are a universal language used, spoken and understood by the universe in the process of creation. This universal language is used by everyone and everything, irrespective of race, class, social status, religion or gender.

At the time of writing this book, I sensed a powerful movement of this new language emerging and being embraced by every race, by young and old people, by friends and families and many other people out there. In particular, this language is embraced by Africans, who have been indoctrinated by many belief systems that have stolen our power to use the original language of the universe. I am excited to exist in this era and to take part through my calling, which will usher many into the realm of creation and co-creation.

As I navigated my life without the religion that I had followed for over thirty years, I began to see clearly the principles and tools of creation that are outside the limiting scope of religion. I also began to access and use the tools of creation from the sources of intelligence that had been out of my reach because of religion. The more I understood the principles and practised the tools that I introduce in this book, the better I got at creating the life that I desired to the fullest. The tools in this book will definitely help those who were indoctrinated by religion, faith-based and non-faith-based, and general human-made systems. It will be useful for those who believe that human-made systems have limited their power to create and enjoy the life that they desire.

For many people, as soon as they get delivered from religion, the question that arises for them is: How do we begin to create things in our lives in a world that is not centred on religion and the life prescriptions that were set as conditions for success? I have no doubt that the content of this book will also be useful to anyone who was not indoctrinated with religion but was indoctrinated with other limiting belief systems instead. It will be useful to anyone who is struggling to create a life with vision and goals. It will definitely help my fellow human beings to create effectively and efficiently.

I did not invent these principles and tools of creation. They are accessible to every human being. Some of you have used them and know that they were behind your success. Some of you have used them unaware and did not know that they were behind your success. Knowing that they are behind our successes will elevate their effectiveness. I have simply observed and have learnt how these principles and tools have worked for me through my own life experiences and through observing life around me. I have also learnt some of these principles through my spiritual journey, which saw me migrate from religion to Self, as I outline in my forthcoming book From Religion to Self. It was my spiritual journey that helped me to see creation in an enlightened way.

These principles and tools of creation are helping me to navigate this life that seems mysterious to many of us. They help me to access a realm of constant joy, happiness, peace and more. My life has been so much easier to navigate when I have applied the principles and tools set out in this book. I sometimes pinch myself to check that I’m not dreaming that I am experiencing life in its simplest form, which is contrary to what I was taught and believed for many years. Honestly, these principles have made me experience heaven on earth. I am in charge of my life. They have taught me that I am the master of my life, my present and my future. I now know that I am the creator of my life and can create whatever I desire. I am on my way to becoming the master of creation. I am not yet there – but I have no doubt I am getting there.

It is my desire that this book will help you recognise, appreciate, acknowledge, embrace and relate to the principles and tools of creation in a way that you have never done before. You are definitely going to become a master of creation and all your skills of creation will reach the next level. You are likely to see some of the tools and say: Ah, I am already applying these tools in my life, but I have never acknowledged and appreciated them as the principles and tools of creation. Being aware of these principles and tools will help you to focus on them and, by focusing on them, you will sharpen your skills to create effectively, efficiently, abundantly and exceedingly beyond what you can think of.

The benefits of applying the principles and tools of creation are too many to list. The following are a few of their life-changing benefits:

    • Have a clear understanding and new appreciation of creation.

    • Become a master of creation.

    • Become a creator of a balanced life worth living and the life that you desire in all spheres of life – personally, socially, spiritually, and professionally.

A quick guide to reading this book

This book is designed to take you on a journey to becoming a master of creation. This means that when reading this book, you should not take an academic or technical approach to what you read. If you focus on the chapter headings and the order that they follow, you will miss the message and the revelation that this book brings. It took me a while to realise that I must get out of my academic and technical approach when putting this book together. I almost lost the natural flow that brought forth the authenticity of the book.

As soon as I went with the flow, I began to enjoy the journey of writing this book fully. I realised that the headings and order of the chapters are not a prerequisite for bringing out the message and intention of the book. You will observe as you read the book that when I speak about the principles of creation, I am also speaking about the tools of creation and vice versa. When I speak about one tool of creation, I am also including other tools of creation under the same topic. The tools of creation and the principles of creation are intertwined and cannot exist independently of each other. Practically, when I apply one tool of creation, I am also applying other tools of creation. In simple terms, go with the flow if you want to enjoy this book.

~Enjoy your journey of becoming a master of creation~

    PRINCIPLES OF CREATION

    Chapter 1

    Creation

    The Meaning of Creation

For the purposes of this book, the word creation means the action or process of bringing something into existence. A creation also means a thing that is created. In addition, the meaning of creation, for the purposes of this book, includes:

    • Creation of new things

    • Reproduction: the action of copying the thing that is created

Adaptation: the process of changing the thing that is created to suit different conditions

    • Addition: the addition of new elements to the thing that is created

    • Multiplication: increasing the thing that is created exponentially and spreading it

Modification: modification through improvement, adjustment, refinement, revision, reshaping, remodelling, variation, conversion, tailoring, customisation, remoulding and so forth

    Being fruitful: producing good results

Maintenance: the process of preserving a condition of the thing that is created

Development: growing or changing into a more advanced, larger or stronger form

Evolution: the way in which things change and develop over millions of years or a gradual process of change and development

Restoration: the action of returning the thing that is created to its earlier good condition or position

Transformation: the act of changing the appearance or character of something or someone completely, especially so that the thing or person is improved

    • Learning: the acquisition of knowledge or skills through study, experience or being taught

Lastly, the act of balancing is key to the process of creation. Too much of what has been created will create an imbalance. The act of balancing will sometimes require actions that are opposite to what is defined above. This means that there will be times when we do not need to increase or multiply to create a balance in our lives.

When I claim or affirm that I am a creator or co-creator, I mean that at any given time in my life, I am capable of creating according to the definition provided above. In other words, I am capable of creating new things that I desire. I can reproduce the things that are created if they serve me. I am a multiplier of things that are created. I keep on growing and developing myself and the things that I have created. I am capable of adapting and modifying the things that are created to suit any condition that I find myself in. I am capable of restoring, maintaining and evolving. There is never a dull moment or stagnancy in my life. Even better, I create effectively and efficiently now that I am fully aware of the creator that I am. I am more innovative than I was before I became aware of my true identity as a creator. Not only am I a creator, but I am also a co-creator because I embrace the true nature of creation.

When I take a pause and look around me and observe nature, I learn that nature embraces all the attributes of creation as defined above. The trees are growing strong from a small seed. They are bearing fruit. They are flowering and multiplying. They are reproducing. They are adapting as climate changes. They are evolving to survive and remain relevant. Human beings have been doing the same things and creating within the scope of creation as defined above.

Our ultimate goal should be to create things that enrich us. We must create things that make our lives easier and bring value to us. We must create things that are useful and worthy of being created. We must aspire to create things that bring joy, peace, happiness, harmony, tranquillity and more desirable things to us. Our creations must improve our well-being (the state of being comfortable, happy or healthy).

    The Building Blocks of Creation

Before I unpack the building blocks of creation, I would like to take you through the definition of a creator. This introduction is a much-needed foundation when we prepare to embark on a journey of mastering our ability to create. The concepts of creation, the creator and building blocks play a crucial role in leading us to a place where we can comprehend our power to create and co-create outside the scope of religion or any human-made systems that have influenced and shaped who we are. Cleansing myself of the many layers of religion and human-made systems in my life allowed me to learn from, observe and appreciate creation as it is without external modifications. My views and understanding of creation took a new turn that was not bound by the limitations and walls created by religion and human-made systems. My beautiful mind is now able to think freely without fear and intimidation caused by indoctrination and mental colonisation.

The Word Creator vs the Word God

If you are a religious person or someone who is on the fence, it is very important that you understand my views on the word God and the word Creator through the eyes of religion and a creator through the eyes of a non-religious person. I lived as a religious person for more than thirty years of my life. I am therefore in a very good position to share my views. I believe that my views will begin the process of exposing your thoughts to fresh and unlimited views of the creator and creation. I further believe that my views will help you to relate to and co-create with other co-creators better than you have done before.

The word God has over many years gained so much power that billions of human beings tremble at the thought of questioning anything associated with this word. Different people have different views and understandings of the word God and its meaning. For Christians, the word God, also known as Yahweh, is used to address the exclusive God of Israel and of Christians. The word God also means the creator and ruler of all things in the universe. Yahweh is exclusive because, although he is the creator and ruler of the universe, access to him is preserved for old and modern Israelites, people of the Jewish community and Christians. In addition to this description, there are many amazing and beautiful attributes that are used to describe Yahweh. Unfortunately, there are also attributes that are not so beautiful and desirable that are associated with Yahweh as packaged and described in the Bible. These attributes have influenced how the rest of the world that is not affiliated with Christianity sees God.

I must also mention, as you may have seen in my description above, that although Yahweh is believed to have created men and women in the image of God, the pronoun he is used to describe Yahweh. Unfortunately, the mere usage of the pronoun he has made it impossible for human beings to access other beautiful and powerful attributes of the creator that could contribute towards the much-needed healing of many problems faced by human beings. I talk more about this when I facilitate LwTee Self-Healing Retreat for men and women. For more information visit https://www.lifewithterry.com.

For decades, my views and understanding of Yahweh and his attributes were influenced by the Christian religion as packaged and presented by the Bible. Consequently, my views of creation and the creator were influenced by the Bible and how I interpreted it and how it was interpreted to me by Bible scholars or teachers or pastors. The mind is such a powerful tool of creation. Unfortunately, its power to create can be painfully limited by indoctrination or colonisation by external opinions influenced by various agendas. It is time to free your mind.

When I embarked on a spiritual journey to quench my thirst to understand God from my own personal perspective, it became clearer to me that there is a God through the eyes of religion on the one hand and a creator on the other hand. For the first time in my life, I was able to see and relate to the creator from a perspective of all things created in the universe outside external opinions. I explain in Chapter 2 what I mean when I refer to a spiritual journey. I must mention that we exist in an exciting era in which many people from different races and cultures are becoming awakened to and enlightened about spiritual matters related to God.

Among many other unintended consequences, the description of creation from a human perspective – in particular, from a religious perspective – has elevated human beings above all other intelligent, beautiful and wonderful creations, which are equally important. Unfortunately, this elevated position has robbed many of us of a sacred and unique personal experience of the creator and creation and its vastness beyond religion. Sadly, it is this elevated position that we have granted ourselves that has limited our power to position ourselves as masters of creation and co-creation.

I unpack this topic in detail in my upcoming book From Religion to Self. For the purposes of this book, I will focus on the concept of the creator and creation to build a foundation that will prepare you to become and manifest the creator that you are and were always meant to be.

Who or What is a Creator?

The word creator means a thing or person that brings things into existence. A creator is therefore a creator of human beings, trees, flowers, the sun, moon, animals, rocks, clouds, stars, planets, water, air and everything that exists in the universe that you can think of. When all that exists in the universe looks at or relates to or experiences the creator, unless they are influenced by human-made systems, they do so from a common perspective. It is this common perspective that reveals the true nature of the creator. All things that were created come from a thing. The word thing means an object that one need not, cannot or does not wish to give a specific name. The things that are created, apart from some human beings who see life through the eyes of religion or human-made systems, see and experience the creator and creation from a position of oneness or connectedness. They see and experience the creator, without seeing, amongst many other attributes, a king with a kingdom, thirsty for worship and rituals. They don’t experience a creator who discriminates against species other than human beings, or against other races or human beings because they refuse to affiliate with a particular religion. They don’t experience a creator who creates and loves conditionally. They don’t see a creator who must be packaged and introduced to human beings by other human beings. The trees, animals, fishes, stones and all creatures in the universe do not worship the creator the way some human beings do, but the creator continues to relate to them and co-create with them in harmony. They continue to experience the wholeness of the creator.

The creator existed before languages were invented by human beings. The word God is an English name created by human beings and given to the creator. For example, the ancestors in my blood lineage referred to the creator as Modimo (a Northern Sotho word) long before they were introduced to Yahweh and his attributes as seen through the eyes of the Israelites and authors of the Bible. The Bible took it further by making some of the attributes given to Yahweh universal and applicable to every human being. My ancestors had the privilege of experiencing Modimo organically from an authentic position not influenced by external non-African packages or influence. The creator never said to human beings: These are my characteristics, and you shall know me by them. Go out into the world and tell everyone in the world to see and experience me through these attributes.

The word God has been misused and abused for various agendas for so many years that its existence has contaminated the true meaning of the creator. The word God as packaged by religion stole the true attributes of the creator, which would have been revealed to us organically and personally. Or should I say, the word God as packaged by religion is the downfall of human beings. Consequently, the concept of creation was also messed up.

Our ancestors, out of respect and reverence, singled out what they believed to be the first creator of all things and assigned the first creator the name Modimo or Ramasedi in Northern and Southern Sotho or Unkulunku in isiZulu, Uthixo in Xhosa, and Nwali in Venda, to name a few languages. My ancestors did not use the pronoun he when referring to God. The questions people ask are: Is your creator a she or he or them? Is your creator visible or invisible to you? Does your creator speak? What does your creator look like? At what point did the creator appear to tell human beings that I, the creator, have a name, God is my name and these are my characteristics? Such curiosity by human beings gave rise to many inventions, conspiracy theories and to a pool of myths.

I do not wish to take away the rich culture and history of the Israelites and Yahweh. He is the God of the Israelites. He is also the God of Christians through the blood of Jesus Christ, and they should continue to pray, honour and revere him as they please. I am mentioning the God of Israel because I served him for decades and know so much about him. Let us remember that it was religion, not the Israelites, that elevated Yahweh to a universal god whose dedication and loyalty were always to Israel. When religion told us that Yahweh is universal and sovereign, it took away the birthright of human beings to experience a personal and organic relationship with the creator of all things. It robbed human beings of their birthright to access multiple sources of intelligence because it focused on one source of intelligence, whose loyalty and dedication was to Israel.

If the creator created everything but made human beings in his image, in whose image were other creations made? In whose image are the non-human creations such as the sun, the stars, animals, trees and so forth made?

Through my own organic experience that is not influenced by external opinions, today I am enlightened and I am comfortable with saying that everything and everyone who is an offspring of the creator is a creator and a co-creator. Everything that exists has the potential to create. We are all building blocks. The creator is therefore anything or anyone who has the potential to create. We were created by the creator or creators; we are also creators and co-creators, and we will continue to create. There is no creator that is above any other creator. Hierarchy is a mere human-made concept created from fear, for power and order. The concept of hierarchy brought fear of and intimidation by creators, who are in fact all equal. Creators bring things into existence, but no creator deserves the status of being above other creators. Before ancient people became aware that everything that exists is a product of creation by creators, and before the invention of language, creators existed but did not have names and did not carry the many characteristics invented by human beings.

If I teach you about the attributes of the creator, know that I am either preaching religion to you or I am motivated by some agenda. I cannot introduce the creator to you because you are the offspring of the creator, and the creator is also you and within you. We are all creators. Whatever the creator did, we can do too. The creator cannot use another race or system to introduce his, her, their and its true nature to anyone. You are always the source of introduction. If anything, I should be able to see the creator through you, without you giving me a sermon. I see the creator through the planets, flowers, insects, the sun, animals, mother earth, my children and so forth. Your experience represents the creator. My experience represents the creator. You don’t want to limit your experiences of the creator by relying on my experiences. Allow yourself to access the creator that you are. Allow the creator to reveal herself, himself, themselves and itself to you in a way that is authentic, organic and aligned with who you are at every stage of your life. Let the creator reveal herself, himself, themselves and itself to you and through you in a way that resonates with you, in a way that is comfortable, reassuring and gentle.

Take a pause and forget what you have been taught about the creator. You have been living your life according to someone else’s experience and views of the creator. Trust me, no one is going to punish or curse you. Even if they do curse you, you have a final say about what gets declared and manifested concerning your life. The moment we rely on someone’s description of the creator we become victims of agendas, indoctrination or colonisation of the Self. Trust and believe that you are honoured, revered, intelligent and worthy of a first-hand revelation of who the creator is. You were never created to become a recipient of a second-hand experience of who the creator is. There is no us on the one side and the creator on the other side. There is no wall between us and the creator. You are the creator and the creator is you and you are one, even though for many years people were introduced to the creator with the concept of separation.

Please allow me to indulge myself further and describe the creator through me as you also embark on a journey to describe the creator through you. In the paragraphs that follow I will be using both single and plural to describe the creator. Unlike God, who is the creator given the God status, plus many limiting characteristics invented by us, the creator is nothing more than a creator. The creator is merely that which brings things into existence and nothing more. Anything more, including the attributes beyond the word creator, represents someone’s perspective. The creator manifests as the creator through creation and nothing extra. I am now free to see, relate to and embrace the creator through the eyes of my fellow co-creators, who are neither human nor religious. The creator has not come forth to say to me: Terry, guess what? I am more than a creator. I am many other things. The creator did not reveal to me that there was only one creator at the beginning.

I cannot package the creator like I packaged God. I cannot give the creator one status and one name to invoke the creator’s presence. I cannot own and monopolise the creator like I owned and monopolised God through religion. The creator cannot be boxed into singular or plural, a specific gender, a system, religion, race or geography. The creator cannot be boxed inside a human-made discriminatory religious world.

No one can invent and assign attributes to the creator and tell me that I should be part of a group that follows the creator. No one can force their invention of and imaginings about the creator on others and include me in the plot. No one can give a gender to the creator, preach that one-sided description and force it on me. No one can measure the creator. No one can claim that the creator said this or that to them and therefore I must take that as the final word.

No one can force their understanding of the creator on me. To do so amounts to superiority and anarchy fuelled by personal or political motives and agendas. We need to get to a place where we allow each other to experience the creator without external influence.

I can never claim that the creator demands worship or rituals from me to begin a relationship. The creator did not request me to offer blood as a sign of a covenant of our relationship. The creators never instructed me to invoke anybody’s name or blood to gain access to them. The creator never made this claim to me: Terry, I am higher than you and you must worship me if you want to please me. I am not forced to address the creator as the higher power from a position of separation because I and the creator are one. In fact, it is impossible because we exist in oneness and connectedness. To address the creator as a higher power, in particular out of fear, is leaning toward hierarchy, which is an invention of human beings. The truth is that everything that exists is the creator, whether that thing is organic or inorganic. The veil of separation is removed and destroyed for good.

I can never make a claim that, originally, the first human being was made in the image of one creator because I was not present when the creator created the first creation. How do I even know that the first creation was anything like us? How do I make such a claim when the creator created both the living and non-living, small or great, and so forth? All I know is that the creator brings things into existence, and I am one of those things.

The creator does not favour one nation over another or one group over another or one gender over the other. The nature of the creator can never be reduced to a figure that is owned or monopolised by mere human beings. To do so is to limit the abundance of the creator. To do so is to limit access to the creator. Human beings continue to own and monopolise the creator through religion, but the creator continues to manifest outside the borders and in favour of all creation, including non-religious human beings. I now see a creator who is not always at the centre of dispute, hatred, bigotry, superiority and division between human beings. The creator is invisible and yet visible because of what the creator created. I know that the creator exists because of what the creator created.

The creator has not made many claims to me, including famous claims such as: I am all powerful, all knowing and unchanging. When I remove all the perfect, imperfect and controversial characteristics given to the creator by human beings, I am left with a mere creator who brought things into existence. I can relate. I can be gentle with Self. I can be kind to Self. It is as simple as that. It is so simple that I pinch myself for burdening the creator with loads of difficult and impossible-to-meet attributes and for burdening myself with loads of unmet expectations from the creator. I now appreciate the word creator within the definition of creation as described above.

When I remove the all-knowing and all-perfect attributes of the creator as sold to us, I am left with the true nature of creation that is able to undergo growth and development. Perfection removes the power to grow and develop. It removes the ability of human beings to accept the power of evolution and innovation in all spheres of life. The trait of perfection given to the creator removes the power of human beings to immerse themselves in a process of creation
