Nikki Flynn is an author who predominantly writes in the fantasy genre. Chapter 1

Inva, Lule, Ylli and Sokol waddled. Each carried a cumbersome basket that needed to be brought up the hillside. The afternoon sun beat down on each of their faces and forearms. The physical exertion had them drenched in sweat. They reached their destination, an artificial rock stack that was made to resemble a table by the locals. They poured out the contents of the baskets—scraps, crops that were not suited for cooking or selling, extra bounty from fields from some of the local farmers.

Do you think this would work? Sokol asked. The archer set down the wicker basket, then he stretched and groaned.

"I can’t imagine why
