I would not be where I am today without the unconditional love of God, my two sons Jonathan and Joshua Armand (their future wives, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, for this is also part of their legacy), and the numerous people I have had the pleasure to encounter who have shown me love in one form or another (the best way they knew how). To the numerous teachers and lessons learned through life experiences, who have taught me how to embrace painful lessons and use them to make me better and not bitter, I am forever grateful. To all my spiritual teachers along the way who have helped me to build upon a solid biblical foundation, I thank you.

I am not a licensed therapist nor a great spiritual teacher. I am a woman who has stubbornly refused to settle for the status quo when I know deep within me that there is more, abundantly more, than I can ever think or imagine about this thing called unconditional love. What qualifies me to write on this topic is my relentless search, a yearning that would not be satisfied by a counterfeit form, my experiences and a God who continues to relentlessly pursue me and has commissioned me to write about what I have learned so far. It is a journey that continues and I pray it will be a help to you along your journey.

If I could speak all the languages on earth and of angels (be highly educated and intelligent) but did not (unconditionally) love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had faith that I could move mountains (be highly spiritual) but did not (unconditionally) love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body (as a martyr) to be burnt but I did not (unconditionally) love others, I would gain nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (Amplified version paraphrased).
