    This is a poetry based guide to anyone struggling with mental health. It seems that the world has become a more difficult place to live since 2020. Declining mental health of adults and sadly children too has caused loss for many families. Issues anywhere from child bullying to PTSD from war. Fear is what has run many people lives and the forces at work may not be what you expect. I have struggled with and dealt with the forces at work in my past. This short guide may lead you to answers.

    At the time of publishing this book, August 2018, I will have been married for 10 years. I live in Southern California and have a wonderful wife along with a beautiful and energetic daughter. I have been interested in poetry since high school and began writing at that time. I experienced a dark depression from my early high school years to my mid 20's. There was lots of suffering, tears and prayer. Having family around and a relationship with GOD help bring me peace.
