About this ebook

This book is about the King and his kingdom. I wrote this book because we are powerless without prayer, loveless without prayer, and hopeless without prayer. I have set forth in this book, how important prayer is in winning in the Kingdom of God. We have the victory through Jesus, but we must pray like we do because prayer is essential to our walk with the Lord!

    Foreword

Now is the time – the set time for me to write this book. It has taken more than 30 years for the words of this book to come that God wanted me to put down on these pages.

When I was young in the Lord, the name Rudyard Kipling, would come to mind. He was an author who wrote several books. He was an author who uses simplicity in his writing so that anyone can read his books and understand. His themes, goals and desire were clearly conveyed to the reader from the pages of his books.

For years I expected to write a book, but I had no idea of a title or what the subject of the book would be. (Psalm 39:3 – "My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue.") My desire for you the reader is that you will receive the principles, commands, love, wisdom and spiritual understanding from God and Holy Spirit.

Matthew 6:33 – "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." This scripture is used throughout these pages that will permeate and become theme and main purpose to you receiving God’s will for your life. It is time to seek the Lord and His Kingdom as never before. We need to do what God tells us to do in that scripture. It is exciting to seek (look for with all your heart) the kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right) and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. (Amp)

Our victory comes by going through the Door (Jesus is the Door). The Door that opens into the throne room of God. We have received through Jesus Christ (the Door) as the access into the throne room to seek God’s help in times of need for ourselves and for others who are in needs of an answer.

Psalms 39:7 And now, Lord, what do I wait for and expect? My hope and expectations are in You.

We must be seekers of God’s love for us through faith in Jesus Christ.

All scriptures are taken from the Amplified Bible unless otherwise, stated.

To Witness by Faith in the Word of God

    (Luke 1:67-80; Isaiah 40:3, 9)

Now is the time, the set time, to be witnesses as they were in the 2nd verse of Luke 1, they were eyewitnesses and ministers of the Word (that is, of the doctrine concerning the attainment, through Christ of salvations in the Kingdom of God (Amp). Luke said his purpose was that the most excellent Theophilus may know the full truth and understand with certainty and security against error the accounts (histories) and doctrines of the faith of which you have been orally instructed (v.4).

My desire and purpose are to inform and instruct in my own simple way the same thing for the same reason. That certainty and security against error will not hinder us from the accounts (histories) which I translate as (His stories) H I S T O R I E S. A voice of one who cries: Prepare the wilderness (we all go through or are in the wilderness) the way of the Lord (clear away the obstacles), make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God (Isa 40:3)

And the glory (Majesty and splendor) of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.

    (Isaiah 40:5)

Proclaim, "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. (Isaiah 40:8)

Behold your God! (Isaiah 40:9) Acts 10:36-43

This is the contents of the message announcing the Good News (Gospel) of peace by Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.

Now may the Lord of Peace, Himself grant you His Peace (the peace of His kingdom) at all times and in all ways (under all circumstances and conditions, whatever comes) the Lord be with you all. (Second Thessalonians 3:16).
