Everyone needs a support system. Someone they can confide in: during moments of distress, sharing exciting news, just being there when needed for whatever reason. We have the best support system of all available to us: GOD our Heavenly Father, Jesus our friend and Savior, and the Holy Spirit our guide and instructor. "Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. The word of God lives and abides forever." Proverbs 30:5; Isaiah 40:8; I Peter 1:23d

God our Heavenly Father says to us, fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am Your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10 I have written your name on the palms of My Hands. Isaiah 49:16 I, the LORD your GOD, in your midst, mighty to save; I will rejoice over you with gladness, I will quiet you with My love, I will rejoice over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17 For He Himself has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we may boldly say: The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:5d—6

Jesus in His prayer to His Father wants us to be one with Him as He is one with the Father. I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me and have loved them as You have loved Me. John 17:23 I have come that you might have life. John 10:10b

The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth for He will not speak on His own authority but whatever He hears (from GOD the Father). He will speak and He will tell you things to come. John 6:13

What a wonderful support system we have for the LORD does not change (Hebrews 13:8) and He is a GOD that does not lie (Titus 1:2; Numbers 23:19) During your quiet time with them, you can rely on the LORD to hear you as you converse using the scriptures in agreement with Him. Praise the Heavenly Father, Son and Holy Spirit for blessing you with promises that will support your faith and give you continuing assurance of their love.

Thank You LORD that You will show us Your ways, O LORD; and will teach us, Your paths. For You are the GOD of our salvation; On You I wait all day. Psalm 25:4—5

Thank you LORD that we can commit our ways to You with the firm promise You are trustworthy. You, Oh LORD, will bring forth Your righteousness as the Light and Your justice as the noonday. We will rest in You, O LORD, and wait patiently for You. Psalm 37:5—7

Thank you LORD that You cause us to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning. For in You we trust; letting us know the way in which we should walk, as we lift up our souls to You. Psalm 143:8

Thank you LORD that You will grant us, according to the riches of Your glory, to be strengthened with might through Your Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith; that we being rooted and grounded
