    Dedication

This book is dedicated to my mother, who, at the time of this writing, is battling stage 4 lung cancer. You were my first mentor who taught me about life and taking care of your family. You showed me the meaning of hard work and integrity, and sometimes I went the wrong way, but thanks to you, I got it together. Thank You. I love You, Mom.

Thank you to my brothers, who fought with me all the time because I was the most creative of Barbara's sons, LOL. Together we've been through ups and downs in this life, but the key takeaway is that we've been through them together and look at us now. Your honest opinions at times hurt, but they made me work just that much harder.

To my family who has always supported me although I was always busy Thank You for your patience. It’s been a journey and so much is happening, but I wouldn’t want life any other way than with you all.

Thank you to all my mentors throughout my private and professional lives and many others who taught me so much along the way.

Thanks to all those that I've encountered and some who I've personally gotten to know along the way.

I could go on and on, but you know who you are, and you know what you mean to me. Thank you for taking the chance on me being a part of your lives. I hope I've done well.

    Foreword

This book tells the lifestyles of those working behind the doors of boardrooms and how that work can quickly transfer behind the doors of the bedroom. In corporate America, some will do anything to hold power over an entire organization, a group of workers, and those select ones. Whether it's work or play in this atmosphere, you must be prepared for both because you never know when work takes place in comparison to the fun.

All in all, it's the presence of a beautiful, voluptuous black woman who enters a space confident as can be. Captivated by her appearance, one persistent executive is eager to hold a conversation and express his admiration for what's being looked at. She's undoubtedly seen as a trophy to some lucky man. But as with any relationship, there's a past that must be faced unless there's a plan to work around it until the couple gets what they want. The question is do you work as a team with the love of your life or with those who can boost your career and give you financial freedoms you've never imagined. Be careful. The circumstances can make you switch up. In this true ride-or-die novel, you'll find out exactly what happens when Greed plays into the Lifestyles of People with Money and Who Want More.

Tamiko Ryce is a very beautiful kind of special woman who's 33 years old, stands 5'6, and weighs 158 lbs. with 36-26-36 measurements. A graduate of a well-known HBCU and career woman serving as VP of the top Mgmt. firm in Houston, TX. Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Tamiko brings a different kind of appeal to sexiness that gets the attention of wealthy high-class men, women, and couples daily. Her shoe game hasn't gone unnoticed since joining the firm.

When walking, sitting, or simply standing, engaged in conversation, her posture reveals her perfect calves, voluptuous figure, and, the catch of all, a confidence that draws everyone in. Her eye contact will intimidate some because she's so beautiful that no one likes to be alone in a room with Tamiko, as their temptation may become problematic.

Everyone at the firm believes she's perfect and is intrigued by this woman. With this being the case, her position makes her attractive and appealing to an underground society that seeks to bring spice to the dull love lives of those she's surrounded by. Not only at her firm, her name has made its rounds throughout Houston executive boardrooms, but she has no clue what position they have in their minds for her.

The game is on, and one thing Tamiko has is a background that includes her longtime boyfriend Trenton, who's half Asian, Half Black, fresh out of prison after serving a 3-year bid, and craving for a come-up. He and Tamiko are truly partners in crime, and unknowingly they both will embark on an opportunity fitting for their secret lifestyle. Obsessed with sex, shoes, and swinging with couples and singles, these two will arrive at a place everyone will want to visit at least once. But beware, the outcomes might not be the results you expect.

It's a great morning at HMB Management. The
