About this ebook

"I can teach you how to use your powers, but not for free," Walter spoke, staring into Ersa's eyes.

"What do you want?" Ersa asked in frustration.

"I would like to have a taste of you?" Walter replied teasingly.

"Fine! I'll sleep with you if you taught me everything you know about mage powers." Ersa gave him the answer he wanted.

He cupped her face with both of his hands and leaned over. "Then let's seal the deal with a kiss, little princess. I hope you won't mind." He whispered. His lips met mine and he kissed me passionately.

After the betrayal of her mate, Ersa was able to find her mother. Along with a powerful wolf, she learned that she was bestowed with an amazing power. But will she be able to save her children? Or will her children end up the way she spent her life?

The Cursed She-Alpha - Hira Baig

    CHAPTER42

    ERSA'S POV:-

I was sent back to my bedroom along with my son. I looked at him and realised he looked exactly like me. My son had the same face, eyes, hair and even our skin colour was the same. After a thorough check up to reassure his health, Maya sent me back. I was sitting on the rocking chair, rocking him to sleep. My eyes started to tear up again as I remembered how cruel the world was towards me.

The last person I trusted. The last man I put my faith in, betrayed me in a few hours. I told him something I never even told Jamie. And a few hours later, he sent one of his loyal dogs to kill me. I would have died if he would have told me to. I was this stupid. But the love for my children didn't let him win.

But then again, it was not like the first man I had ever trusted was any better. At first, I thought I couldn't hold it against him. But the way he was controlling not just Elsa and Kaden, but also Alpha Jackson, I had a feeling that he was not an angel either.

I would love to burn the whole world down for good. The same world that wronged you when I was not there to protect you. I heard my wolf in my head for the first time. I was informed by my mother that I had shifted into an ancient wolf. But I just couldn't believe it.

Hearing her voice in my head was more of a surprise for me. Are you my wolf? I asked, excitement rising in my chest.

Of course, I am your wolf. My name is Shelby. You can call me Shelly. My wolf introduced herself to me. I was literally on cloud nine as I heard my wolf talking to me.

All my life, I felt like I was nothing but a tiny insect in the world of the elephants. They squashed me too many times under their feet without even caring for my pains. Never in my life had I thought that I would have my wolf. I never even considered it since the Moon Goddess made sure to let me know how much she hated me.

A light knock on my bedroom door pulled me out of the oceans of my thoughts. Without even asking, I recognized the person standing on the other side of the door. It was just too brilliant to have powers like werewolf. Come in! I said as I stood up from the rocking chair and walked towards the most beautiful crib I had ever seen in my life.

I laid my beautiful boy in the crib. As I turned around, I found my mother standing in front of me. I was not even surprised to see her there since I was aware of her presence before she knocked on the door of my bedroom.

According to her, it was the bedroom she had settled for me. After leaving me to die, she expected to see me again. At least, listen to her side of the story before you jump to conclusions. After all, circumstances forced you as well to leave your daughter behind. Shelly growled at me in an annoyed tone and I almost fought the urge to kill my own wolf. If only it was possible to kill your own wolf. But then again, I had just gotten her.

My mother walked towards the crib. Staring at my son, her eyes started to tear up again. She seemed to be crying often. I couldn't say if she had been like this since forever or if it started after I stepped into her world.

He is such a handsome boy. Have you thought of a name for your son? My mother asked me while I made my way towards my bed to get some rest for myself. My body was aching. I just gave birth to my son and that labour was far more difficult than my first one. Then I went through my first shift. I almost felt like my body was going to break.

I laid down on the bed and looked at my mother, staring at her grandson with so much love in her eyes. I had thought about a bunch of names. But now I want to name him Raymond. I replied to my mother in a low tone. I was still not comfortable around her. I knew I wouldn't be until I knew why she left me.

She smiled as she heard the name I had picked up for my son. Is there a reason why you picked that name specifically for your son? My mother asked as she walked towards me. She covered my body with a warm comforter. She sat down on the edge of the bed. She gently started stroking my head, making me yawn.

I once heard that this name means the protector. If it was not for him, I would have died a month ago. He is my little protector. I replied to my mother honestly. I didn't feel the need to lie to her. Besides, she was practically the only family I had left. I didn't want to ruin it all again.

The past was eating me alive. But that didn't mean I couldn't be hopeful for my future. I see! It's a beautiful name. My mother spoke as she gently stroked my hair.

Who named me? I asked my mother without hesitation and I saw a grimed look on her face. She quickly masked it up with a small smile almost immediately.

Your father named you Ersa after his dead older sister. She saved his life and fought the rogues. She died because she was just a young wolf. Your father wanted to honour her by naming his daughter after his beloved sister. My mother replied to me in a low tone. I wanted to ask her more but I could barely keep my eyes open. I decided to take a nap, since my boy was sleeping.

It's alright! We will get more time to talk. Now that you are here, you will be safe. And so will be your child. Sleep, my dear. My mother whispered as she might have noticed how hard I was trying not to fall asleep. I turned to the side, hugging a pillow, and I fell asleep.

    --------------

    ALPHA RENARD'S POV:-

Weeks, I had been looking for her for weeks. And I found nothing. Her scent was gone. It started to feel like she was gone. I went to her previous pack since they contacted me to take Ersa away. But I was surprised again as the dungeon they locked her in was empty.

I wanted to kill that bastard that was supposed to keep an eye on her. But then, I got a chance to meet the man Ersa claimed to be in love with. He was the new Alpha of that pack. And he married Alpha Canis' daughter.

What's keeping you so occupied, my love? My wife whispered as she tied her hair in a messy bun. She leaned in and pulled my cock inside of her mouth.

Ever since Ersa vanished, one person was extremely happy. That was Camella. I could understand her. Since I found out that Ersa was my mate, I actually forgot about Camella. Mostly, I made excuses about my baby and Ersa's pregnancy. But as she disappeared, I finally stopped lying to myself.

I cupped the back of Camella's head and pulled her face towards me. Rise me like a good wife you have been for so long. I growled at her as my cock was throbbing for attention.

She didn't spare a mere second and climbed up on my lap. She started riding my cock like the old days. I closed my eyes and the only face I saw belonged to Ersa.

I could never forget the way her body reacted to my touches. Open your eyes, my Alpha. Look at me. Look into my eyes. I heard a familiar voice. As I opened my eyes again, I saw Ersa's face in front of me.

My heart started drumming erratically inside my rib cage as she leaned in and kissed me. The way her big boobs were bouncing with every single thrust, it was so sexy.

That's right! You look at me. I am for you. I belong to you. And you belong to me. I heard Ersa whimpering softly in my ear. She sucked onto my ear lobe, making me growl in pleasure.

I grabbed her by her hips and flipped us over. Now I was on top of her. Oh, Renard! I heard a moan and the delusion suddenly vanished. I looked into Camella's eyes. It took me a moment to understand that I was delusional again. Growling in annoyance, I pulled away from Camella. Without even covering my body, I stepped out of our bedroom.

    CHAPTER43

    ERSA'S POV:-

Weeks passed in a blink. I learned about everything I needed to know about my wolf. But I never found out the reason why I never felt my wolf inside of me. My mother talked to me a lot. She helped me out with Raymond as well. She consoled me whenever I felt guilty for leaving my Aurora helpless with her father and that witch. I couldn't say anything about myself, but a flicker of hope was keeping me alive. I had faith that Alpha Renard wouldn't hurt his own daughter.

He was a monster. He destroyed my life. He destroyed everything in my life. But a part of me believed that he would never hurt his daughter. I couldn't say anything for sure. I was practically terrible at judging people.

Raymond fell asleep. Godmother Gloria wanted to take care of him. Since I had nothing to do, I took a shower and changed my clothes. I never thought in my life that I could be a princess. After changing up, I looked at my reflection in the mirror. Tears welled up in my eyes and I fought them. I didn't want to cry for that man anymore.

It hurt me! It hurt me so bad. He was yet another person who broke my trust. But that was not all. The order he gave to his minion was nothing but a slap on my face. He was laughing at my truth. I couldn't believe Goddess Selene would hate someone this much.

You don't need to cry anymore. He wouldn't dare touch our baby. Shelly growled in annoyance as she felt my sadness as well.

I went through that pain all my life. And yet, I decided to leave her behind. She would grow up hating her mother. Even if no one can kill her, there are some things that can be worse than death. I whimpered as I remembered myself praying to the moon Goddess almost every single night, begging her to take my life.

But every single morning, I was disappointed again. Sun rose and so did I, every day. And every day, I was beaten, humiliated and abused. I was a punching bag for that family. And that's why, I asked you to talk to your mother about it. As her side of the story. You can never know what she went through. Shelly added in an annoyed tone.

I wiped my tears and shook my head. Yes, I wanted to know her side of the story. But I didn't have that strength. I needed more time. Suite yourself. Her answers will ease up your pain as well. But if you need time, you don't need to rush it. Shelly spoke as she already knew how I felt.

I couldn't help but smile as I heard her. Shelly! I whispered, staring at my reflection.

    What? She asked angrily.

I am thankful to have you as my wolf. I added in a low tone. I felt her growling in embarrassment. I guess she was not a fan of those kinds of confessions. But still, I had to tell her.

I stepped out of the castle and walked towards the garden. I was in a foul mood. Every single time he slept with anyone, I was able to feel that. Feeling it was one thing, I started dreaming about it. And it was annoying as hell. My heart ached for everything he did to me. But it ached more to watch him fuck that bitch.

Cut that out, you stupid woman. It's not like he was mine. He rejected me before Aurora. He is no longer your mate. I reminded myself as I sat down under the shade of an apple tree.

Tears stung in my eyes but I didn't let them out. I didn't want to cry for him. But I just couldn't understand why I was still feeling all that. Only marked mates could feel being cheated on. Sighing, I looked at the sky. If it was not for Raymond and Aurora, I would have killed myself a very long time ago. I whispered softly as I looked at a butterfly that flew towards me.

There you are, I have been looking for you everywhere. I heard my mother and turned. She was walking towards the tree. She laid down on the ground beside me.

A queen is laying on the ground. Is that real or am I dreaming? I asked my mother in a low tone and she chuckled.

You are not dreaming, my baby. I come here often and sit down under this tree. It's a special place for me. My mother replied in a gentle tone.

Why is it so special for you? I asked out of curiosity.

This is the place where I met your father. My mother replied in a low tone. There was a hint of sadness in her voice. But the shine in her eyes as she talked about my father was something as bright as a star.

I was hooked with the story and I wanted to know more. I sat up on the ground and looked at my mother's face. Tell me about your love story. How did you meet? How did you fall in love? I asked my mother excitedly.

She giggled as she grabbed my hand and forced me to lay down on the ground with her. She grabbed one of my hands and placed it on top of her chest. I met him right here, in our world. Someone told that silly man that if a werewolf eats the apple from this tree, they would find their mate soon enough. My mother started telling me how silly my father was.

I couldn't help but smile. I guess he was as hungry for love as I had been. How did you meet? I asked my mother again.

Your father was trying to pluck the apple on top. He fell down and broke his legs. He had his wolf to heal him but he made me believe that he broke both of his legs. My mother added and I fought the urge to roll my eyes.

He spent weeks here. Until we discovered that he was fine. My mother, your grandma, kicked him out. But he kept coming to see me. My mother added in a low tone and I smiled slightly.

You sound like you are still in love with him. I asked my mother as my eyes started to well up.

Of course, I still love him. And I will always love him. He was the only man I had shared my bed with. My mother replied in a low tone and I smiled.

Both of you were lucky. I whimpered as I tried to hide my tears from her.

At first, I gave him an attitude. But then, I also fell in love with him. He proposed to me under this tree. She added in a low tone and I giggled. They had the sweetest story.

Did you marry under this tree as well? I asked my mother in a low tone. The way she was going, I couldn't help but wonder.

No! I couldn't do it. Because my mother was against it. She didn't want me to marry anyone outside of this kingdom. Back then, I used to hate her for that. But now, I know I was the one who fucked up. My mother replied in a low tone and a confused frown appeared on my face.

Why did you say that? Did my father do something to you? I asked my mother in a low tone. I was nervous because I never wanted to hate my father. I didn't want him to be the reason behind my miserable life.

Your father was the greatest man I had ever known. It was not because of him. It was because of me. My mother replied and I sighed in relief.

Then why did you say that? I asked again out of curiosity.

Haven't you figured it out yet? It's the curse of the moon Goddess upon us. If I wouldn't have married your father, you wouldn't have this difficult life. My mother whimpered as tears welled up in her eyes.

As for me, I was still confused as hell. What are you talking about? I asked her in a confused tone and my mother whimpered sadly.

Our family has a curse from the Moon Goddess upon us. And Hecate keeps us safe. But I broke the rule and got pregnant with a baby that Goddess Selene made. She wrote your destiny with the darkness of the night sky. My mother was speaking as if she was puzzling me. But I couldn't deny the fact that I actually understood her.

What was that curse? I asked her in a low tone.

The child born as a hybrid from mages and werewolves, was supposed to bear the darkness Selene had inside of her. Her jealousy against Hecate. And her hatred towards the mages. It all came upon you. My mother replied in a low tone and I felt chills running down to my spine.
