Life more than just living is a collection of poems related to our day to day activities and feelings.

It is inspired by the people around me that were behind my emotions thus leding me to compose.

I am sharing it for whoever is in love, grief, pain, dilemma, celebrating or about to give up for them to undrestand that they are not alone.

The goal is to bring relief  and find a way to move on to those in difficulties and cherish what you have to those in triumph.

Life, more than just living

A collection of poems that depicts my life in general,

it’s all about me and how I love to communicate with

whoever reads it through at least one poem.

It’s always better to know that someone else is facing

something similar. But then don’t relax and do

something about it, please.

My heart is big,

My outfit is trig,

I have put on my best wig,

I’m on my way to perform at a gig.

Though I woke up feeling down like someone locked in a brig,

I refused to let the sorrow stop me from digging,

For I know the reward of breaking free is sweet like a fig.

On my left hand is a cig,

And on my right a glass full of beer waiting for me to swig.

It’s how I get the rejuvenation and confidence, this move is my sig.

One thing is, don’t let nothing look down on you like a pig,

More importantly, play the game fairly: there’s no need to rig.

Find out what works your way, you’ll eventually twig.

It always feels good; when everybody turns around you,

When nobody feels a pity of concern on you,

When you give up and want to disappear,

When you have a friend worse than an enemy,

When you do everything and nothing works out,

When you try hard but fail on the way,

When the only pillar you could lean on is broken,

When you want to go somewhere but can’t find the way,

When your life becomes filled with darkness,

But then you see a bright light from a far.

The light that comes to you stepwise,

The light that shines to clear all your flaws,

The light to fill you with joy and happiness,

The light to set you free from doubts and pain.

It is like finding your love in a crowd
