Have you heard about the Temperaments?
In this book, I will not delve too much into the subject, but I want to make you know more about it and enjoy the best of your life!
Temperaments are aspects of our personality that characterize our behavior. They are related to how to see the world, the interests, skills, and values of each. A person's temperament is formed from childhood and never changes. However, it develops over time.
But what if you don't like your temper and want to change it, can you? Well, if you have a very negative perspective and want to let go of that, it's possible to mature to reform the way you deal with your instincts.
Although your temperament can be a deep and stable aspect in the influence of who you are, it is possible to identify the points that hurt your morale, values, or points to be improved in your personality. Especially as you get older and keep building your experience based on how you see the
