About this ebook

My name is Azami and I want my best friend back.

The Kaisha Corporation is one of the top employers in all of Japan, but they seemed to have stolen away Hina, my roommate, best friend, and sometimes lover. I receive a letter, breaking off our friendship, but I know something is wrong. They have done something to her.

Tracking down Hina becomes my obsession, but it doesn’t go well. I eventually realize I need to rescue her from the inside. I must go into the heart of the beast and break Hina out. But that might just be harder than it seems.

Will I succeed or will Kaisha Corporation ensnare me too? What will happen once I begin my corporate training? Will I ever get to see Hina again? Find out in United Love.

This novella is a bimbo transformation story. It is the second book in the Promo Team Series.

Author

Sadie Thatcher

Sadie Thatcher grew up in a small conservative town (think Footloose). Spending all that time in a sexually repressed place has led Sadie to need to explore her sexuality through prose. Sadie has been a long time writer, but has now become confident enough to share the explorations of her deepest and darkest sexual fantasies. Enjoy.

    INTRODUCTION

The Promo Team series is a little different from my other books. It was heavily inspired by the OTTII universe, first created by Toxis in Race Queen. I also drew inspiration from Narikin by trilby else.

This series takes place in Japan and there are certain Japanese customs I have tried to follow. This has mostly come about via names. In Japan, the surname or family name goes first. The given name is second. I follow that same convention in this story. Further, honorifics are used following names in many situations. Even though I actually took several years of Japanese language in school, I am not an expert. I may have done something incorrect, but I did try to make this aspect of the story correct.

In an attempt to explain the honorifics, the main character in the first book, Hina, does make note of them and how they might change. I used less explanation of the honorifics in this book, but it should still be relatively clear. The important ones to remember are san, which looking back, was not used very much. After a certain point, chan is used frequently, denoting certain characters as on the bimbo spectrum. Additionally, buchou is used for a boss and shachou is used for the leader of a company. The former shows up a lot and the latter needs to be noted. I also introduced sensei in this book, which is the honorific used for teachers and professors.

One final note is I should come clean about the name of the company in this story. Kaisha Corporation does not exist. In fact, kaisha means company or firm. The English translation would be Company Corporation. However, I figured by doing this that I wouldn’t accidentally use someone’s name or create something offensive. That is not my intention with any of this. I just wanted to write a sexy bimbo story set in Japan, using just a little bit of what I learned in school.

With all of that out of the way, I hope you enjoy this novella and the rest of the series. There will be four books in this series, all featuring recurring characters.

D ear Azami. Those words, and all those that followed were burned into my memory. I want to thank you for being such a good friend and roommate. I have discovered myself and my dreams, all thanks to the Kaisha Corporation. I am excited that I will be joining the Promo Team after some additional training. I appreciate everything you have done for me, but I regret to inconvenience you with the fact I will not be returning to the apartment. Please feel free to keep my remaining belongings. Or you could sell them to cover my part of the rent until you find a new roommate. Hina.

That was it. That was the extent of the letter I received from her, informing me that she had discovered her true calling to be a promo girl. She was going to be some booth babe or whatever they were called these days.

My heart broke the first time I read that letter. Tears flowed as I realized what I had with Hina was over. And she had ended it in the worst possible way, without even mentioning what we meant to each other. There were not even any ambiguous mentions, code for what we really meant to each other. It was as if the Hina who wrote the letter was not even aware of our relationship.

But there was something wrong with the letter. I couldn’t imagine Hina writing them. And from that moment, I knew she was in trouble. Something had happened to her. The letter might not have even been written by Hina. It could have been some random corporate drone who had been tasked with writing the letter. Not that someone else writing the letter could negate the trouble Hina seemed to be in.

I read the letter so many times that it became burned into my memory. I could picture it in my head, recite every line without a second thought. It was there every time I closed my eyes and tried to go to sleep.

Love is a tricky thing. Between the two of us, I was the emotional one,
