Chapter 1-Rich in faith, rich in Word

Romans 4:3-5 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Abraham was the man of great faith. He simply believed the word and it was counted to him righteousness. This statement is deeper than you think. God established his righteousness that comes through faith and grace even in ancient times. We have great man of God like Enoch who walked with God 350 years in faith. God is pleased when we believe Him, trust Him, and depend on Him at all times.

Faith is in the now. It is not a thing of tomorrow. It’s either you believe or you don’t. it’s either you exercise your faith or you don’t. The beauty of faith is that; you don’t have to come from a noble or rich family to be seen. Man like John the Baptist started their ministry in the wilderness—an undesired place for many to find themselves in. The high priest and other priest were enjoying themselves feeling honourable in the presence of Israelites while making mockery to the statues of God.

It was by faith that John broke from the system of religious corruption and injustice. It was by the power of the Most High to be the runner and the voice crying in the wilderness for righteousness and holiness. People from all over Jerusalem flocked to John—leaving Jerusalem just to hear a man preaching the message from God. That’s what faith does—it will make you distinctive from your fellow brothers as the oil of God is at work upon your life. Look at David, he overpowered a lion and bear, overthrown kingdoms and conquered many battle because of the oil that was upon his life.

When you are rich in the word of GOD—you are rich in everything. Everything that you desire in this life or in the life to come, is wrapped around the garment of faith. You just have to grab it through the act and principles of faith. The law of faith governs the heavenly realm. Miracles and the supernatural take over through the act of faith. People are revived. Some are inspired through faith. This is what Christ stressed in his earthly ministry have faith in God.

This theme of rich in word, rich in faith is inspired by the holy spirit.  I was worshipping and praising the God of the heavens and the holy spirit spoke this words through me that the word of God is above all, through the word lies everything that you need and being rich in the word enhances faith. This is what Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 10:9 that faith cometh by hearing the word of the Living God.

Faith is king. Faith is power. Faith is honour, and while also being honourable to God. Press on.

    Chapter 2-Your spiritual enemy

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds). II Cor. 10:3,4

The devil is real. God is real. Christ lives. The devil is not in any way in the Godhead league. And that’s makes is our enemy since his aim is to hurt God by hurting us. So much unfortunate, misfortune and evil tidings taking place in this world is as the result of this supernatural being. First of all, the devil is not a man. He is a spirit. When you are contending with him, just know that you are in the presence of a spirit being or personality. This is the destroyer, killer, darkness, stealer and more.

Your real enemy is not God. The level of hardship and stagnation you are experiencing in your life; God is not in it. That’s the devil my friend. Your heavenly Father is not the author of misfortune, sorrows and pain. We can learn one or two from the story of Job—the righteous man of God. God did not even lift a finger on calamities befell job, but he allowed it. It was the devil contending for his evil acts.

He roams around looking for whom to devour. But if it was not for the hedge of fire around us, many of us we would have been history. The grace and mercy of God snatched us from the hands of the enemy. His government is more organised in hierarchy than many families. He doesn’t only fight human beings, he also wages warfare with ministering angels sent to deliver
