This book is dedicated to many of the great apostles, bishops, pastors, and mentors who imparted into my life and ministry! Only eternity will be able to tell how much I love and thank you all!

A special thanks to my biological father and mother, Bishop Daniel, and Mother Sarah Livingston (both deceased)! Since my parents have gone on to be with the Lord, I realize how instrumental they were in constantly reminding me of my purpose and destiny! The apostolic teaching was the grid that was designed for me to follow! The pathway that has led me to this season of my life was pioneered by them and many other beautiful saints who were strategically placed in my life by the Lord! They are no longer with me in body, but their teachings are alive within me and in all that I do!

Thank you, Daddy, for the Word of God you instilled in me!

I also owe a debt of gratitude to Bishop Joseph Green Sykes (deceased) and his lovely wife, Overseer/Pastor Alice Sykes (affectionately called mother), both of whom I love dearly! They were both very instrumental in encouraging me to follow the path that the Lord had laid out for me! Pop, as Bishop was called, was a direct influence upon the imprinting of the word of God in my memory! I would not be able to shepherd God's people today if he had not taken me through strenuous lessons of humility! As he strived to bring humility into my life, I am striving to keep it! I pray that the opportunity to read this book is afforded to his wife, Pastor Alice Sykes, before she goes home to be with the Lord! I am forever grateful for her love, prayers, for the healing table, and her ultimate support! Thank you, Mom! These great men and women of God were such a huge inspiration in my life and in the lives of countless others! Their strict standards of holiness and their direct teachings of the love of Jesus Christ has changed my life drastically over the years!

Foreword

I was raised in a Christian home with strict biblical training, but I was determined that I was not going to live my life like my parents! However, when the world and the devil started corrupting my soul and sending me down a path that was leading to eternal damnation, I received an awakening that thoroughly convinced me of the work I had to do for the Lord Jesus! I had a gun pointed at my head, and the trigger was pulled, but nothing happened! I knew then that I had to accept my call from the Lord to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ or die in the streets of sin! I sat under the tutelage of several people whom I call generals in the gospel and humbled myself to their teaching of holiness! After much training, I was released by my pastor at that time, Bishop Sykes, to the evangelistic field for approximately eighteen years! Then the Lord called me from the field of evangelism to pastor His people in the city of Trenton, New Jersey. I had to grow from evangelizing the people into pastoring and mentoring them! What a leap of faith! If anybody tells you that pastoring is easy work, tell them they are not a pastor after God's own heart!

The people of God in my city were misguided and misinformed about their divine purpose and destiny, so the transition was not easy, but it was glorious! I had to call upon the Lord many times for wisdom, understanding, and guidance. I was instructed to tell God's people that they were chosen people of God and that they did not have to live a life of sin! I had to convince them that they were chosen to do God's will in these last days! Mind you, approximately 80 percent of the people were right out of the crack houses, lifestyles of drug addiction, alcoholism, whoredom, homosexuality, lesbianism, and a history of incarceration! I said to myself, Wow, what an army of soldiers these ‘recruits' are going to make for the kingdom of God! Now as a chief apostle, prophetess, senior pastor, spiritual leader, adviser, teacher, mentor, and prayer warrior, I have had the opportunity to observe and minister to many who were plagued by strange demonic forces! I studied the areas of demon possession and oppression for many years while evangelizing, and I acquired the knowledge and skills of spiritual warfare concepts and techniques! I had to learn patience and stability in order to help God's people find solutions to their problems.

I am not afraid or ashamed to preach the Word of God in its entirety to every nation, creed, and color—for it is my belief that the Word of God can cause you to live if you obey it or die if you don't! Therefore, I endeavor to commit these words that I am writing to go into every heart in the name of Jesus, and that God will give His Word power to show His people that there is a purpose to their lives! I pray that the Holy Ghost will allow the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart to be acceptable in God's sight and become life to the hearer and the reader. However, the words of this book aren't the only things God will allow to rest upon you while reading or listening to this book! He will also allow you to see the condition of the church and the world through His eyes and be willing to take this journey into the heart of God to help salvage what is left before the return of the Lord! God loves every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world, and He will do whatever it takes to save us from the pending judgment and destruction!

Just in case you don't believe what is in this book, I want you to know that you're okay. I was just like you before my personal experience with the Lord!

However, you need to see through the eyes of God the condition of the secular church and ask the Lord Jesus what you can do to assist in healing the body of Christ! In this last and evil day, you must have a sharp eye for details of the lifestyles of the men and women of God in leadership positions, who may not be living what they are preaching! Keep your ears ready and sharp to hear the unspoken words of their conversations! Through much suffering, God has allowed the prophetic and apostolic anointing to rest upon my life. The gift and power of discernment for the body of Christ is essential if we are going to have victory in holy living!

Please pray for the entire body of Christ in the kingdom of God!

I must stay focused and keep my ears to the mouth of God!

Introduction

This book is so overdue! Its title The Church Is in Intensive Care came from a vision God gave me in 2003! This vision was so disturbing until it left an imprint in my mind and spirit! I have been attempting to write this book for almost twenty years! Every time I attempt to write what God is saying to me, something would happen to me in my physical body! Well, I decided that this must be one of the books that the forces of darkness doesn't want to reach the hands of God's people! Therefore, I have devoted more time and effort toward getting this message out to the masses! In one of my books, Spiritual Warfare: Concepts, Theories, and Techniques, I revealed some graphic scenes from a vision God had given me about three princes from the dark world of satan! They announced boldly that they were sent to destroy the church! Each of them had an assignment to different segments of the church! One was sent to destroy the health of the saints, another was sent to destroy the finances of the church, and the third one said that he was sent to destroy marriages and bring sexual perversions to the church! All of them have been somewhat successful in their assignments!

Demons are real, and they are not playing around with mankind at all, especially when it comes to attacking the kingdom of God! They are determined to make a spectacle of all that is called holy and good, and they mean to wreak havoc in every house of God across the world! I cannot and will not compromise what God has given me to do and say to the kingdom in this book in order to gain notoriety or monetary substance! I am not a novice at spiritual warfare! When it comes to demons and their hatred for mankind, as a true prophet of God, I see and know what they are planning and plotting against us! I have been called a fool to believe what I am hearing from God, but if I be a fool, then I am a fool for Christ! I love God and His people, and through Him, I desire to assist the body of Christ in recognizing the trickery of the enemy! As saints of God, we must be aware of any and all demonic presence, especially in the house of God, and we must deal with them as the Lord directs us in His Word…in the spirit realm! God loves His people all over the world. That is why I am writing the vision and making it plain upon the tables so that whoever reads this book will flee the judgment of God!

Prophetic Warning

This book is a mandate from the Lord! This is a prophetic warning to all leaders and layman in the body of Christ!

It is such a frightening thing to turn on the television and hear of another traumatic story of senseless raping, murders, shootings in the streets, in the schools, in the homes, and in the churches! There are bombings, suicides, kidnappings, beatings, and other horrific terrors in our society! There appears to be little or no regard for life nor for the liberty that has been afforded us in this last day! There only seems to be the pursuit of one's own happiness no matter what the cost! There are too many mean and hateful people in every race that is in this world, and they intend to have what they want, even at the expense of the tears and pain of others! There are tragedies all over the world: fires, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, storms, and strange sightings in different parts of the world.
