Chapter 1
Your Life Is Your Runway
Because of Christ and our faith in Him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence. (Ephesians 3:12 NLT)
Oftentimes, I would coach young ladies who wanted to be models and to wear J’Niche designs at pop-up fashion shows I would give. The company put out ads for the models, and hundreds of ladies responded. The young ladies would come in to be interviewed and would begin to talk. Many times, I could see that something wasn’t right about them. I didn’t know what it was, but my spirit knew that something wasn’t right. The young ladies spoke and acted with confidence when they were together as a group, but when they would leave and be back in their environment, having time to think, many of them would call for coaching or counseling. I let the young ladies know how J’Niche started and all about my life in my younger years.
I saw the need for a workshop as so many ladies were in need of living a confident life and a better life than where they were now. They had to go through confidence training, understanding their worth, and knowing who they are in God. They had to learn to be confident in everything, including the decisions they made, being a mother, young wife,
