Introduction

The idea to write this book is not completely mine. In a night vision, the Lord persuaded me to write on this vital subject. When God wants to favor people, He unveils His secrets to them. From prophetic calculation and insightful revelation, I think the book Understanding the Strength of Focus is a gift from God to man. It is a revolutionary book that will help the reader see things differently and, probably, take new decisions. It is a practical book that will either remind you on how you must live a successful life or turn your approach to life completely.

Writing this book has affected the way I do things and has influenced my firm resolve to be completely resolute on all my endeavors. Our efforts will definitely achieve much when they are purposefully invested continuously in a given direction. A tortoise that is crawling toward a given direction will reach where it is going faster than a deer running helter-skelter.

Our energies and virtues are economized and saved when they are invested in a given purpose. Is it possible for us to invest our lives and everything we have in a given vision for a long time and still be intimidated? If our eyes are single, the whole body will be full of light. It is not possible to keep looking in one direction and be confused. It is generally believed that we are blessed when we put our hands on kingdom plough and refuse to turn. When visionary energy is practically invested in a given vision, it establishes men's immortality. There are laws that govern success, and focus is a strong factor in establishing whatsoever that will rule its environment.

Understanding the Strength of Focus introduces an antidote against frustration. It gives a detailed explanation of what men are expected to do to avoid living uncelebrated lives. It is a practical book that helps all and sundry to reinvest themselves and live favorably. A focused man is a strong man. He is a man who knows how to wait for God and man. Focused men know how to wait for situations until everything turns in their favor. God doesn't say no to men's demand when they show focused desperation in taking what they see. Focus makes men omnipotent.

Anybody who desires to strangulate the serpent of distraction and collaborated frustration must choose to live a focused life. However, it is only vision that can tame men to live focused lives. It is the clear mental picture that men see about their imagined future that can enable them to be focused. Kingdom ploughs are visionary ploughs. It will not be possible for a man who is not captured by any vision to be focused. Focus doesn't interpret absence of distraction; it is resolving to look in one direction, even in the midst of distraction. A focused man is a celebrated man. He is a man who is tarried to be in charge of himself and of circumstances.

Focused men rule their situation. Nothing is more profiting than living our lives for a known, profitable reason. The desperate persistence that enables men to stand strong until every looming obstacle before them gives way is born from living a focused life. A focused life is a saved life. Incredible miracles happen each time men learn to invest all their energies and virtues in a given environment.

When Jesus Christ declared His messianic ministry, it was attacked with fierce opposition, but focus caused Him to prevail. Jesus Christ doggedly insisted on what He saw until He accomplished His God-given vision. Even though the support that He had was negligible, focus attracted the help of God to Him.

When men are focused, they enjoy the help of God. Whatsoever a man look at steadily, he will see clearer. Focus delivers men from confusion. A step that leads to any throne is followed by focus. Those who discover a reason for living and focus on it will always share governance with God.

Chapter 1

Understanding the Strength of Focus

And [Jesus] said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. Jesus said unto him, let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house. And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

Focus is the act of giving concentrated attention to something; it's declaring interest in something or in a person. Focus is declaring a particular purpose center of everybody's interest. It is an act of seeing a particular object very clearly, because we are envisioning from a central point. Energy and great virtues are saved when they are channeled toward a given purpose. When properly channeled, rays of light from the sun can cause breakage on brittle glass materials. Moving streams can move a rock by the strength of consistent surge of water waves. Great miracles happen each time people learn to invest their strength and virtues continuously in a given direction or purpose. The power of focus interprets the divinity and immortality of God. One of the greatest secrets that declares the omnipotence of God is His focus.

God achieves so much, because He knows how to give attention to things that matter. Much can't be achieved when strength and virtues are scattered in different directions. The mastery of both tradition and cultural dominion is established in focus. Ability to be focused is the first principle of dominion. Visionaries must learn mastery. However, there can't be focus until there is vision. Anybody who must be focused must abide unwaveringly in a particularly known path. Distraction is a tool of destruction, which Satan employs in wrecking so many lives. When men's hearts are fixed, they develop dove eyes. God wants our hearts to be fixed. That is why He gives us the mental capacity to create a clear picture of our desired future. David was able to kill Goliath, because he had the ability to concentrate on one thing at a time. Nothing will be impossible for men when they choose to invest their strength, virtues, talent, opportunities, privileges, interest, and wealth toward a given direction.

Having a Fixed Heart

God believes that we are blessed when we make our heart fixed (Psalm 108:1). There is nothing that will be impossible for men when their heart is fixed. A fixed heart is a visionary heart; it's a heart that is preserved in purpose. A fixed heart is an emancipated heart that is separated from the clumsiness of confusion. When men's hearts are fixed, they share power with God. It is possible to grow above manipulations when our hearts are fixed. Nothing revives men's hearts and gives them the ability to see through the dark like having fixed hearts. A man who has a fixed heart can get anything he wants. He is fearless and dogged, because he knows how
