About this ebook
I think the best thing we can do for our Lord is to be his Christian. I have tried to be one and hope that my writing be taken as for him and Christian. God has given me his grace many times over in my life as the more in my life I must strive to be a better Christian. I have been writing poetry for many years and have always enjoyed writing it. My poetry is unique in that every line I write rhymes with every line, yet every poem makes a spiritual sense. Trying to find some meaning to communicate for God, I have written these poems that they may be Christian and hope that they be accepted. Plato was once asked "What is God?" and he answered, "The good and the beautiful." I hope that you who may read my poems may find that they merit some of that good and the beautiful and are then worthy of praise and glory to our good, beautiful, and loving God.

The King - John Mark
You Will
I know you will show me the way
Lord Jesus with me every day
For Your good word is here to stay
And in You I shall have all faith
For You from all death have been raised
And You are the one from God came
Exulted and ever more praised
Loving all through sinner or saint
The One Heaven
Mary, mother, queen of all Heaven
You are the one the bread does leaven
You the one God chose and intended
To bear His son, His only begotten
And you shall never ever be forgotten
You o holy womb, the Savior is brought in
To save all those who have then now sought him.
Words
What should I write to my God
The God, the God of us all
Write words expressing the love
Of He who gave us His son
But my words are not then enough
To express His body and blood
And the agony of His cross
As He died there for all of us
And His word only I can trust
And all good things for me He does
For freely He gives me His love
Prepares me the kingdom above
He Tells Us
Something beautiful He the Lord tells us
To love, love, love as he to us loved
In that the commandment that is enough
In being with God in His fullest trust
And as such salvation to all does come
Yes, Love all who are not just some
Does Sound
Lord, you are the one, the one who’s found
To wear Heaven’s exalted crown
As saints and angels and all worship around
Celestial trumpets and shouting does sound
And all that see you are gloriously found
As goodness and love forever abound
And your true love is evermore and now
I shout the love of you, Lord
Out loud
The More I See
Lord, you are so beautiful to me
The more I look, the more I then see
Curing my blindness, setting me free
Freedom from that disability
From death and sin giving liberty
By rising from the dead in days three
The sight of you Heaven’s victory
We see you into eternity
With us always in the trinity
Eat of It Should
Lord, you give us the eternal food
We your servants to eat of it should
For in substance it is always good
Bread of Heaven and eternal fruit
If not eaten, no life we have in you
For Heaven’s bread is forever true
With the bounty of the vine that grew
So let the branches to that vine bloom
So the body and blood does renew
So the Lord always comes to us too
Wisdom Comes
Lord, you are true through and through
Knowledge of you, is, is always true
Understanding what is truth
Wisdom truly comes from you
All our thoughts are now renewed
As we think the way you do
Pondering the scriptures too
Edifying your good news
Being taught what is good
Wisdom the great virtue
Comes to those who seek you too
Then finest gold, better too
True Light
Lord, you are the world’s true eternal light
In our darkness bring us newfound sight
The firmament of stars and moon of night
The sun that rises and sets, burning bright
These the lights the heavens stationed right
To tell us of the seasons and of time
The workings of the universe we find
Look and see, look and see no longer blind
That candle in the window guides our life
King of Acclamation
Lord Jesus, you are the king of all acclamation
King of kings, you rule over each and every nation
Your power so great it’s infinite, fascination
A power so great, a universe of creation
We look up and cannot stop all the admiration
We worship you and feel your presence in elation
Let us worship you forever without cessation
Let us cry out to you, the King of all Salvation
Let us rejoice and sing in you the Lord’s sensation
Even Now
Lord, before your passion came to be
Before that first Eucharistic feast
Before they took you away to bleed
Before Gethsemane’s agony
Before soldiers came and you they seized
Being condemned so mercilessly
Before they whipped you so scornfully
Before the cross they made you carry
Hung
