About this ebook
The title of this book speaks for itself. This book will challenge you.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of people had to quarantine and remain in proximity with family, friends, and loved ones. For some, it was a test of patience and indifference. Ultimately, we all had to find ways to cope and adapt to foreign ideals, concepts, and ways of life. Some scenarios and ideas in this book will assist you in transforming your mind to become better for you and the people you surround yourself with.

Introduction
If you have this book in your possession, you are on the right track because you are being proactive.
Remember, any increase in education or knowledge is an attempt for you to become a better person, not your spouse or the people around you—although your spouse and those close to you will reap the benefits of it.
The correct information will ultimately help all your relationships if you allow it to, and yes, it will build and help your marriage if you let it.
(Some words are in all capital letters in an attempt to provide emphasis and empathy.)
You may read and search other books, but at the end of your search, the ultimate goal is to retrieve as much useful info for your growth, then apply it!
The power is yours.
Prologue
With over twenty-three years of experience in marriage, I de cided to share with you some things I have learned that have helped me grow and have shaped me. I have seen relationships fail and seen others grow. I have talked to other couples, singles, and those in long-term relationships, in hopes of something more serious. I researched and asked questions and received feedback from people of various walks of life. They all seemed to point back to some of the things I will reveal in this book.
Thanks and enjoy!
Some Basic Principles
Basic principles needed in a marital relationship include, but are not limited to, trust, honesty, concern, attraction, communication, and growth aptitude, and then there is the four-letter word love . You may feel there are more depending on how you interpret words and meanings.
Now, I mentioned about seven different principles.
