About this ebook
What shall wash away my sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What shall make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. How precious is that flow that makes me white as snow. No other fount I know nothing but the blood of Jesus, and for this reason, I can say it is well with my soul. My sins are washed away and now I'm clean. This book is written with the intention that all who read it will draw closer to God. I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of salvation. It is my utmost desire that people will see Jesus one day face to face. I am deeply overwhelmed that the Lord has chosen me to be a mouthpiece to him. Psalms 32:8, he will teach us the way that we shall go, he will instruct you and guide you. All you need is to trust him. He is a spirit, and those that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whosoever believe him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life." Romans 9:33, "But as many has received him to them he gave power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." What a wonderful promise! And his amazing love for humanity. Why don't you just thank him right now for what he has done already on the cross and what he has for you for tomorrow. One simple method is to invite him in your heart and ask him to come in, tell him you are sorry for your sins, please forgive me. He's patiently waiting for your call. It is such a privilege to know the Lord and to encourage others to draw close to him

He was there all the time.
Eda Hill was born in Jamaica in October 1944 to a family of eight children—five girls and three boys.
I am inspired to write this book because the Holy Spirit, which is Jesus Christ, had been always with me…watching over me.
I was christened when I was about four years old. I remember looking down at my shoes and my pretty dress my mother made for me.
My mother was a dressmaker, and my father a carpenter. He was a good provider.
He had contracted for farm work in Florida. When he got home, he would tell us about his experience he had encountered with racial difficulties.
He had men working for him, and he would tell us that the little children would run up to him and ask him who were those black monkeys sitting over there. My father was interracial, and he did not look black. The children in those days apparently had not seen black people.
My father must have understood the reason for these questions, so he shared his experiences with us. We sat down and listened to all he had experienced.
I had a joyful and blessed life.
I was sick with asthma. I remember asking my mother to sing for me and my aunt to pray for me. I grew out of this illness at a very early age.
What energizes me so much to tell the readers about me is the impact God has had on my life. I really feel led to share this, because it was a great thing that he did for me.
I have been through some trying times, to be honest. I had not known that God was watching my footsteps.
It’s been said that God has a plan for all our lives—each and every one of us. I was not mature enough to know that.
My mother took us to church on Sundays and half the time I’d fall asleep during the sermon. For this reason, my faith was not rooted and grounded in the Word of God.
As a young girl going to grammar school, I remember I was not good in math.
It was until I entered the fifth or sixth grade. I started to pay much attention. Lots of things happened when I was about nine or ten years of age.
I was sent to stay with an uncle and cousin. The cousin was very mean. I stayed with her for approximately six months before my mother came back for me.
