About this ebook
All men are created unequal.
—John Adams, President no. 2
In this book, I describe meditation as internal peace and joy achieved by way of a high happy score. I showed that you can be in an elevated mood in a happy reality despite the inequality of society.
The principle of following and being humble to the Lord is used to train the subconscious mind to produce positive conclusions and to downplay negative outcomes by repetition of terms that have positive connotations. Cognitions are statements made during happy events so that observation of happy events takes precedence over internal arguments between the analytical mind and the subconscious mind. Christianity puts positive emotion on the side of the subconscious mind so that the analytical mind draws positive conclusions.
This book leads to a positive conclusion that serves as the start of an ill-thought needing a positive end.
The favoritism of the trained subconscious mind to positive outcomes replaces the openness of the analytical mind to both positive results and negative consequences. Although it is favoritism, the happy Christian freely surrenders his openness while victims yield their transparency to victim makers and receive adverse outcomes
Finally, just knowing about this book causes mood elevation. Reading and finishing the book will make mood elevation like breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, and being in a bad mood will be like holding your breath.

My Story
I ponder my story as I sit here and pedal on my pedaler, listening to alpha wave music and meditating on the blessings that the triune God has given me and giving praise and thanksgiving to Him who is Yahweh the Holy Spirit and Jesus. When I was young, I decided that I wanted to mix science and religion so that my life would follow God’s will and plan, and I would be able to do it scientifically (that is, in an organized fashion). I prayed to the triune God for guidance and support, and He offered me a contract. He promised that if I gave him praise and thanksgiving, treated my neighbor right, and forgave my enemies, he would move mountains in my life and only give me molehills. He said that because of His grace and mercy, He would pay me like I was moving mountains. He was instrumental in my deciding not to follow an athletic career.
I graduated with honors from Lanier High School and went to Cornell University. At Cornell University, I had a spiritual reawakening, and God told me to take a leave of absence in my sophomore year. I went home to Mississippi; and with the help of a friend, I got a job at a fast-food restaurant. Later I became a hospital orderly because I read that in England, doctors would work as orderlies before they became doctors to determine if they were serious about helping people. Before my spiritual reawakening, I had been misled and followed the philosophy presented to me that hard work and persistence lead to success. In my spiritual reawakening, I found that if I repented from the breach of the contract with God, his grace and mercy would be more important than my laziness. I found that if I trusted him to keep his promises, I would get more success and happiness than if I did it on my own persistence and hard work. I then became a dialysis technician.
God’s plan was for me to keep doing what I was doing and meditate until the Lord told me to do something different. I went back to college where I did my premed. I thought upon completion that I would go back to Cornell Medical School, but the Lord told me to go to the University of Mississippi. I graduated from the University Mississippi School of Medicine. I did my residency in family medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. I could’ve gone to Cornell University School of Medicine, but the Lord told me to go to the medical school in the area where I would practice because I would then know the practice patterns. LDCMF
After leaving residency, I delivered babies and did surgery because I was needed to help out in a rural area of need. I worked in emergency rooms and clinics and as a hospitalist in rural areas in need. The Lord has handled great difficulties in my life and has left me with small crosses to bear. He has given me small incidents to manage while he solved potentially catastrophic situations. They have
