I Do - Marina A. Popova
1) I Do
I found a bouquet of flowers
They were lilies with the handwritten note
I couldn’t stop wondering and smiling
This is was my favourite and the most sweetest quote
They were laying on the dining table
I was looking patiently for a clue
Suddenly I saw a box, it was moving
I am not sure, but I think I’ve heard a soft meow
It says, If it meant to be it will be
I am opening box’s cover, so unsure
I couldn’t believe but I am looking at a dwarf bunny
Ginger hair, brown eyes, he is so pure
Cute silk ribbon with blue bow
Gently resting on his tiny neck
I am smiling and raising my left brow
Note says, Pull it gently
is it some kind of test?
I am looking silently at the diamond
As always stunned, I didn’t have a clue
Your hands are soft, I know I am loved
I turned my face, and whispered I Do
.
2) Wonder
I count my lucky stars in silence
It’s a miracle that I have you by my side
You kissed my scars without any reasons
I am free, but was at the lowest point of my life
Where this road will take us
I wonder and ask myself why
Our existence dusted and settled
Into our love, I will never say goodbye
I am waiting for the right time to tell
How much I miss you in the middle of the night
It’s funny, you are right here, it’s so surreal
I feel you baby, as always by my side
There are times I needed you the most
My memories are raw and bleeding
Sometimes I feel so empty like a ghost
You filled me with hopes, I found a missing wing
I never regret being wrong
Right
is just a word that needs to be fulfilled
I never asked for your love but we explode
You are my wonder, my loved and welcomed wind.
3) Skies Still Blue
I have to go with my love still burning
Humbled by reality and unspoken truth
It’s unfortunate but still the ending
I am feeling numbness which is kind of soothe
What will bring my sweet tomorrow
I am opening new chapter with amazing view
Villas, cars and infinite green meadows
All for one because I am giving up on two
I will sleep with me and a lonely shadow
Just for once, because the skies still blue
I am stepping on the waters, they’re shallow
Cup is empty, I gave everything to you
Paper vintage like old money
See me now while the skies still blue
I like to indulge in the purest honey
My bath is milky, there is a place for two
Living statues surrounding my morning
It’s amazing waking next to you
Let me touch your fingers with my eyes still closed
I feel you baby and I know you too
I have to go while winter snowing
To find my future and skies that blue
It’s unfortunate but still a sunny morning
Just for one, because I am giving up on two.
4) Releasing
Moving on is not about forgetting
Our wounded hearts are not a triathlon
It’s about living, loving and releasing
That very special and cherished person
Let me give you world without taking
Cards are flushing my fate is in reverse
Dear Misses Tarot you still saying
I will stay with him for better or worse
If you love somebody, let them go
Even if tomorrow promises all or nothing
There is a crystal sleeping in the tiny stone
You can find a reason even in empty something
I am writing myself a thank you letter
Sad lyrics from my favorite song
You promised time travel into forever
I am still wishing on the stars all night long
It hurts so much to let them go
The moon is glowing like the best starer
I always loved you for better or worse
Please let me walk away into the lonely November.
5) Karma
We are lost but wanted to be found
Releasing anything that stops our true love
There is no other way to go around
Love is pure, absolute, a gift of Divine from above
I want to know before we moving
What this love is mean to you
I am touching your heart with the sorrow
Let me tell you a story about my scars or maybe two
At first it hurts but then it heals
You don’t need morphine at your door
There are plenty of spinning karma wheels
But the one with fortune we at first unfortunately ignore
Have a life that you deserve
Don’t look down from the hills
It’s always getting on my nerves
Knowing that sometimes karma kills
Somehow, someday, somewhere
Love will heal and comeback to you
At first you may think it’s unfair
Losing her but sadly it can’t be undo
My shaky voice is full of despair
I am found by unfortunate and you
Karma gave us castle and a fresh breath of air
But we chose morphine and flew.
6) I Feel You
I feel your absence with this suffer
Numbness soothing like a pain
White is plain but still a colour
I am washing our honeymoon into the drain
Hopes unbreakable like my mornings
I feel you baby with all my crave
I am dreaming, please hold me tightly
I will follow you forever even into the darkest cave
I broke my wish because I was drowning
Underneath fidelity that didn’t exist
Time was up, you were counting
My pleasures, they have never been kissed
I lost my nest without loosing
Pain is bearable but not again
Those doves were you and me
