Queen Afua divides Sacred Woman: A Guide to Healing the Feminine Body, Mind, and Spirit into three parts. The first section serves as an introduction to the spiritual and ethical legacy of ancient Khamitic Nubian ancestors that have withstood the tests of time. Through oral traditions and the extraordinary efforts of Afrakan and Afrakan-American scholars and historians, their understanding of sacred unity has been passed down through generations, preserving the culture for millennia. Afua notes that these teachings prove that ancient Khamit was never a polytheism or animistic culture,
contrary to popular belief and ignorance. Instead, it sheds light on how the Khamitic people viewed NTR, the One Most High
