    Introduction

Most of us live a life that is filled with both beautiful and painful experiences. But, for many of us, even when we are at our happiest, there is dread lurking under the surface. We are afraid that this time will pass us by, that we will not obtain what we need, that we will lose what we cherish, or that we will not be safe. Our greatest fear is often the awareness that one day our bodies will stop working. So, even when we have all of the conditions for happiness, our joy is incomplete.

But clenching our fists does little to alleviate our anxiety. We will eventually have to let go of all of them. We won't be able to take them with us.

Concurrently, the thinking process creates a subconscious perimeter that imprisons the part of us that wants to succeed by mistaking the sense of adrenalin for fear. Fear is what keeps people in their ordinary lives. Fear is believed to be dispelled by knowledge. Take a careful look at yourself, as well as at yourself. How many individuals do you know who are content with their position in life?

Society is full of underachievers: not because we lack talent or bravery,
