Alphabet City 6 - Jamell Crouthers
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this book. While I am writing fictional content that correlates to real life, I want to warn you that there will be content that is sensitive. This book will have sexual content that may not be appropriate for young children.
The story is fictional and I do not condone the activity that will be written by me. I want this story to allow everyone to think of how hard life is, how we need to be there for each other and it’s about protecting each other however we see fit.
Life is a journey of ups and downs and having hope that things can get better is the goal and purpose of this story. I hope you enjoy reading it!

Molested As A Child
This will not be an easy story to tell,
My journey into adulthood has been hard.
My childhood surely wasn’t what it was supposed to be,
Innocence, growth, happiness and joy.
Living in Alphabet City is hard enough as it is,
But I was living with my mother and her abusive boyfriend.
I would learn that my mother can’t be alone,
She depends on men to help her financially in life.
Companionship is what she always seeked,
A tough life for her which was passed down to me.
My name is Kendra and this will be a story of pain,
Along with hurt, despair, being lost and fighting to find myself again.
When I was young starting at the age of 12 years old,
That’s when my life took a huge shift and not for the better.
That was when my mother met her boyfriend at the time,
They fell for each other fast as alcohol and anger controlled their lives.
Verbally abusive is putting it lightly with my mother,
I’d be angry at her, go in my room and shut down whenever we argued.
She became a totally different person when she got liquor in her system,
I knew when nights were going to be bad and I couldn’t prepare for her words of vitriol.
When we got into it, it became really heated,
The only thing was, her boyfriend would try to calm us down and it didn’t help.
It wasn’t until one night when I went to my room and was there for hours,
At midnight, when I was sound asleep for the night, he came into my room.
He called me, and sat down on my bed and started talking to me,
It seemed to be a nice gesture from him and I didn’t think anything of it.
It wasn’t until he hugged me and I didn’t feel too comfortable with it,
He was hugging me for a little too long and then he put his hand on my breasts.
I pushed him away but he looked at me hideously and told me I know I like it,
He then told me he likes me too and we can have fun together at night.
That’s the thing, when my mother gets belligerently drunk,
Once she passes out, she’s a goner for the rest of the night.
I knew about sex, my body parts as I hit puberty at age 10,
I was developing fast from a bodily standpoint which made me uncomfortable.
My self-esteem was bad enough as it is as grown men would stare at me,
Boys at school weren’t any better as their hormones were raging themselves.
From age 12 to 16, my mother’s boyfriend would molest me,
He would force himself on me and fighting him was impossible.
He told me if I told, that he would kill me and that terrified me,
He already has done prison time for assault and battery along with a gun charge.
Sexual activities occurred and he took my virginity,
It hurt so bad and he loved how it felt when he put on a condom.
He didn’t want to impregnate me but after a while,
I would just lay there, fake my moans and give him his manhood.
He enjoyed pleasuring himself to me as he had evil in his eyes,
He would tell me to pleasure myself
