His Christmas Rose: Forever Safe Christmas

About this ebook
Indy Roslynn had no idea what awaited her at the top of the Red Rose Tower. The forty-two floor skyscraper was just the place to be seen in Philadelphia. It was also one of the better paying places to work. And she'd worked her butt off to get to the upper floors and the high-end clubs. Cocktail waitressing wasn't glamorous, but it paid the bills. Now, however, she's found herself in the opportunity of a lifetime.
Jonathan Nandall never hired the top floors from staff on the lower thirty-five levels. But a glowing review from a trusted friend, and one of his top managers for the building, brought him an unexpected surprise. The woman is everything he's wanted in a submissive: obedient (according to her work records), soft in voice, but smart and observant. She's no pushover. With proper training, she would be one of the most requested submissives in the Red Rose Rooms. But he faces a problem: from the moment he sets eyes on her, he doesn't want to share.
Christmas is just around the corner and as always, the annual Christmas Auction is set to take place. All submissive participants agree to an initial twenty-four hours in the company of the Dominant that purchases their time. Beyond that, an additional week is optional if the submissive agrees. Jon is taking no chances. He's rigged the auction and Indy will be his. But can he convince her in twenty-four hours to give him a week? And will a week be enough to convince her to accept his collar?
Only time will tell… and the clock is ticking.

Prologue
Christmas was fast approaching and once again, Indy was stuck cleaning up the leftovers for the endless rounds of holiday office parties. It was great for extra cash, but the work itself wasn’t exactly enjoyable. Did anyone like scraping salted caramel from hardwood floors? Not Indy. She’d much rather be home, curled up in the softest blankets, with a warm cup of hot cocoa, and the latest Hallmark movie playing.
That wouldn’t be happening tonight. Tonight she was elbows deep in suds and dirty dishes that needed to be cleaned and dried so the morning kitchen staff could begin prepping the next night’s catering event. Another holiday party.
She sighed as the hot water scalded her hands. She worked quickly, but thoroughly. She’d seen one too many of her coworkers get fired for a small mark on an otherwise spotless platter. But damn, the harsh chemicals to clean the dishes and the rooms did a number on her hands. She should wear the gloves, but they made it harder to get things clean. At least for her.
How close are you, Indy?
her coworker, Carol, called out.
Indy sighed and paused. She used her arm to push a stray lock of hair back from her face. I’ve got six more platters to do and then I’m done,
she answered.
Okay. I’m going to put these away and then grab our things.
Carol held up the mop handle and then used it to drag the bucket with her into the slop room in the back of the kitchen.
Indy could hear the slosh of the water as Carol dumped it down the big drain and then the rush of water as she cleaned the mop and bucket of the chemicals and dirt. She tried to focus on her own task, but it was nearing three in the morning. The party had lasted well past midnight, although the rooms had only been booked until then. But when the person with the big checkbook offers to pay for the extra time, it’s hard to turn down the cash. And Mr. Nandall certainly wasn’t the type to do that.
Jonathan Nandall, or as Indy thought of him - Neanderthal, was the owner and manager of the Red Rose Tower. The upscale dining and formal venue skyscraper consisted of levels and levels of rooms that served any and all conceivable functions for parties, dinners, dining, benefits, concerts, and whatever else for which one might need space, a made-to-order atmosphere, and food. Indy rarely worked on the upper floors, but she had plenty of experience on the mid-level party rooms. That was the space between daily dining at the restaurants that took up the five lowest floors and the super elite levels that housed who-knows-what on the top ten levels.
The Rose was the place to be seen. It didn’t matter if it was on the upper floors or the lower floors. Simply stepping inside the doors ascended a person in the societal sphere that made up the Philadelphia elite. Politicians, athletes, and some rather influential businessmen and women occupied that sphere with ease. Indy wasn’t a part of that sphere, nor did she aspire
