    Introduction

    The 90 Day Resilience Journal is designed to help individuals

    take control of their future by doing more than just writing.

    It uses neuroscience techniques to help individuals take

    control of their life and move past uncertainty. The 90

    Day Resilience Journal is divided into three sections:

    write, transform, and perform. Completing this journal will

    establish the tools to help build cognitive resilience.

    How to use this journal

    Section One: Transform

    This section includes pages 2-32. It is where the process of transformation begins. Before writing, use the grounding breathing techniques by taking three exhales and three inhale. Next, the focus of mantra meditation is to train your mind to stop its negative thoughts, which allows you to focus on the present moment. Read the two mantra prompts: I Am Here, and Here I Am to create a mindful space. Then, commitment to writing a minimum of nine powerful I am sentences. For example, I AM powerful because (fill in the blank). Remember, the goal is to write without judgment. Pay attention to feelings during the writing process. The more you write, the more you strengthen your awareness of emotions during specific situations. For example, what thoughts (negative and positive) are revealed? What obstacles are preventing goal achievement? What does the future self reveal? Lastly, use the mindful thought prompt to create a daily gratitude mindset.

    Section Two: Improve Performance

    This section includes pages 34-64. In this section, continue to the grounding techniques and daily mantras. Then, continue to write a minimum of nine powerful I AM sentences. For example, I AM powerful because (fill in the blank). Write a minimum of nine sentences without judgment and use the mindful thought section from section one. The theme of this section is to improve performance by using neuroscience. Additionally, use the foresight prompt to enhance cognitive performance. This prompt could help you achieve a positive outcome by using positive thoughts.

    Section Three: Write

    This section includes pages 66-96. It is where the process of journaling begins. The theme for this section is to write without thinking. Use the journal prompts section for reference when needed. Like meditation, journaling is about processing thoughts, not deciding which ones are right or wrong. Unsure how
