Ways to Fulfill Your Dreams - Bikash Paul

    Introduction

    "You can't stop the moment,

And you can't speed it up,

But you can make this world beautiful,

Having fulfilled all the children's dreams."

    Eric Sharipov

Who doesn't want to pursue their dreams? Everyone wants both a child and an adult. But let's face it, where are our dreams of the past now? Why didn't they come to fruition, or were only crumbs realized? This book is about how to free and save your dreams from oblivion. We all know how to dream, but if we knew how to fulfill dreams, then our life would be different. We rejoice in acquiring things that bring convenience and improvement to our lives, and this is not bad, only this is the tip of the iceberg that our dreams can give. It's a potential that has been sleeping in us for years. This book is about the achievements that await us behind the simple actions of the COSM methodology.

It's for you if you're tired of tolerating that your dreams are always in the past and you've decided to do something about it, but you don't know what yet. We will look at what dreams are and what power lies in them. Why among the Slavs it has a special meaning, revealed in a special way. We'll look at the resources needed to make dreams come true and the tools. On the obstacles that keep her captive and the special structure of the dream, which I call the facets of the dream, understanding which you can easily protect and not lose them. We will talk about the impact that is exerted on us, as a result of which our dreams are powerlessly lost in the chronology of our lives, and how to resist this influence or events – how to fight for your dream. You will create your bastion house for your happiness, free from deceptions and fakes. What are you willing to do to make your dream come true?

We live in constant pursuit of the best. Life offers options and we make choices about the best according to our values. A person's worldview consists of values accumulated over a lifetime. Dreams are the embodiment of the ideal of our values. Dreams are a great desire that is not easy to fulfill.

There are many examples of people realizing their dreams in creativity - composers, writers, and directors develop new ideas through dreams. Scientists and researchers, also dream of bringing fresh ideas to this world. Freud in his psychology considered dreams to dream the same as dreams expressed in the suppression of instincts. This is a misconception that is reflected in the Western world, which we will discuss in more detail later. Dreaming is not the suppression of the instincts of the body, on the contrary, it is the action of the instincts of the soul, the revealed ability to create.

When God created man, He created us in His image and likeness, as Genesis says in the Bible. What a person is like God is the ability to create and this seed is inextricably linked with the dream. Freud's psychology states that the state of dreams lies between wakefulness and sleep. In English, dream and dream are one word, which is different from our understanding. We have a different mentality. Interestingly, science has long been interested in the study of this phenomenon, although modern scientists do not consider Freud a scientist,, however, his interest shows the relevance and importance of our topic. Where Sigmund was right is that dreams come from childhood, like new superstructures built on the Egyptian pyramids or ancient ruins that served as the foundation for later buildings. (1)

On the path of life, we inevitably face confrontation. Circumstances and environment may say – your dream will never come true. One day, Emilia's youngest daughter, when she was 4 years old, said, We just don't know if a dream will come true. Indeed, we don't know if it will come true. Also, we have no right to make a verdict that it will not come true. We don't know that. We have no right to put an end to a dream. She deserves a chance!

    What are dreams

For our ancestors, the word dream (mycht) meant vision. (2)A feminine dream, as well as a muse. It decorates life with new colors and inspires achievements. At the same moment, the dream is a mystery. Even the great Russian language, although no greater than others, comes into a stupor when trying to represent the word dream in the genitive plural. (3)No one can explain how dreams are born. Sometimes there is no reason for this at all, but there is a dream.

Psychologists say that a dream is a special kind of imagination(4) about the future, creating new images and that a dream expresses a person's desires. The dream comes out – it is the potential power of our achievements, the abode of the best hopes.

In this book, we will no longer talk about the nature of dreams, but about how to realize them. What holds dreams captive and how to free them? What is the best thing to say in the introduction, if not what most interferes with the realization of the dream? Alexandre Dumas said - the most easily realized are those dreams in which(5) do not doubt. Indeed, doubts captivate dreams. Doubts help to put them away. If you doubt whether you need to realize your dreams, then this book is unlikely to be useful. Although even in this case, you will be interested to know the amazing stories of how dreams transformed people's lives. Some of them are quite famous, others not so much. But as usual when reading, we think more about ourselves and try everything on ourselves. So let as many beautiful dreams as possible come true in our lives.

There is a lot of literature in the world that tells about achieving success, setting goals and objectives, and productivity. Of course, someone dreams of doing things more efficiently. And in general, all the books in some way help to realize the dream. If we dream of learning how to cook better, we buy a recipe book. I used to buy self-taught books on the computer. I think each of you also bought a book to fulfill your dreams, albeit a small one. But I haven't come across a book that helps me globally accomplish what I want. After all, there are many dreams, and they are different.

We need a book that will be like a lifesaver that can help in different areas of life. And its technique should, like a Swiss knife, have functionality suitable for solving various problems. And let there already be books about setting goals that people often set for themselves to achieve wealth. There are books about time management and productivity. However, the vast majority of this is business literature that talks about the performance of work tasks. Life is not limited to work. It has room for family, hobbies, and personal space.

The Dunning–Kruger(6) effect is a metacognitive distortion, which consists in the fact that people with a low level of qualification make erroneous conclusions, make unsuccessful decisions and at the same time are unable to realize their mistakes due to the low level of their qualifications. This effect is considered one of the cognitive dissonances.

A person is not known as a sage because he does not make mistakes. He is wise because he corrects a mistake as soon as he notices it. (Xenocid, Orson Scott)

Lack of knowledge does not allow you to realize your mistakes. This is partly the reason why we try to fulfill our dream and we fail. We make mistakes. Why we can't realize our dreams is more of a lack of knowledge. After all, in reality, you can learn how to do everything right. Learn on your own through trial and error. This is the natural course of any scientific approach. We can also learn and gain knowledge from other people. Of course, at the same time filtering and adapting to your own needs. Knowledge in our lives is of great importance. They are grossly underrated. If you know how to achieve a dream and do everything right, then fulfill it. If you don't know, then chasing a dream can turn into a game of hide-and-seek. You'll catch up with her and she'll slip away again. In the book, you will find how to bypass the obstacles that interfere with the fulfillment of dreams. And also replenish your props with tools that help to implement them.

    Understanding Yourself

Doing what we want makes us happy. And long-term desires are dreams. Happiness is brought by fulfilled dreams. And even just the presence of an intimate dream and a careful attitude to it can make a person happier. Some dreams are visible to us in the palm of our hand, others are gathering dust on the outskirts of memory. How to understand yourself. You choose your dreams. Therefore, it is important for each of us to know what we want, and what kind of installation we have.

Modern psychology, like ancient religions, offers to look inside yourself. Analyzing one's desires, taming them, and inducing noble aspirations are familiar to all ages. We will be engaged in applied achievement and salvation of dreams, we will not delve into cultural features. But let's not deny the benefits of the experience of the work of previous generations.

    "We never temper our desires;

having anything, we want the best."

    M.M. Xepackov

Understanding your dreams is impossible without understanding yourself. How do you figure yourself out? Different people use different ways to do this – meditation, various pieces of training and religions, and psychological tests. Often the approaches contradict each other, this introduces confusion. To understand yourself, it is not necessary to resort to esotericism and religion.

"When you go to a dream, there comes a certain point. And you learn to jump higher. You force yourself to dig deeper. Something in you that you have never enjoyed is inactive inside. Do not look for easy ways, do what you think is right. (7)»

How to achieve a clear understanding of what I want and start moving forward with your dreams? You can read a lot of books on how to become rich or how to lose weight, and spend a lot of money on courses. But in the end, you will not achieve what you want. The proposed solutions often do not work.

A person tends to compensate for the lack of dreams with surrogates. Either from stupidity or from grief and despair in a cruel and unjust world. Millions of people a year die from alcohol and drugs, while the sellers of happiness receive dividends from this. And this is in the world where there are instances designed to help a person - medicine, education, and
