Hello there, and thanks for tuning into my book.
I am very nervous about this book; but you know what? I am very happy about it, because that’s what this book is all about—being happy whatever the situation. I will come to explain that later.
I was also concerned that as most books are forty to sixty thousand words long, I might not be able to pad the book out enough for people to believe that there is any value in it. But after getting to the age of sixty-nine, and having gone through what I have and having learned what I have, I can assure you that if you get the message in this book, your melancholy and sadness will dissolve. This is so damn simple: believe me, when you get it, you’ll see how simple it is.
