- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5If you, like me, are intimidated by the Nordic style of knitting, this is a great book to help you learn it. The author takes four traditional patterns, and instead of teaching you how to knit a sweater with each, she gives you patterns that range from things as simple as a square potholder to as complicated as a tank top to as modern as a tablet or phone cover. She also includes a great section explaining stranded knitting, and all the other techniques called for in these patterns. (Provided by publisher)
