Naleighna Kai
Her name is pronounced (Na-Lay-nah Ki) which means "the determined one is present." Naleighna is the author of Every Woman Needs a Wife, and co-author of How to Win the Publishing Game. Naleighna, a Chicago native who began writing in December of 1999, now pens fiction, romance, erotica, new age, and science fiction. A few of the terms you’ll read in this book.
Stage – when you slide into a room
you are first in the audience and the people up top (with larger icons) are on, what is called, a stage.
Speaker – someone who is on stage with a microphone icon on their profile picture.
Moderator – someone who is on stage, also with a microphone, and has a green been (icon) next to their name. This status gives them the ability to bring people on stage, turn off hand raising, pin a link at the top of the stage, and to start and end rooms. (To mod
someone is to give them a green bean icon and certain privileges.
Listening Lounge / The Goo
/ The Garden – people at the bottom of a room, not on stage, and don’t have a microphone to speak.
Clubs – This is to create a space that’s all your own and connected to your brand. There are thousands of clubs on the app and you’re able to add members and admins (people with an added ability to monitor and control the club), as well as open rooms under the club.
Back Chat – a private chat that can be established between two people or a group of designated people. Click the airplane arrow at the bottom of the screen.
Room Chat – a feature where everyone can communicate with each other and share links.
