The first area of choice is attitudes and mental influences. When we choose to think, believe, and act from a position of power, refusing to be a victim of circumstances, the healer within is automatically strengthened. The second area of choice is lifestyle: nutrition, exercise, rest, relationships, finances, work, spiritual practice, play, and water intake.

The status of attitude, lifestyle, and self-care is noticeable in people’s lives. For example, it is clear when an individual is under the influence of self-doubt, poor nutrition, and no health enhancement practice.

The four self-applied health enhancement methods are gentle movement, self-applied massage, breath practice, and deep relaxation or meditation. They are easy to learn, apply, and require no special knowledge or training. They will produce time and energy.
