About this ebook
Feet are functional components of health. With more nerve ending per square centimeter than any other part of the body, they help us climb higher, hike faster, kick harder, balance, and all the rest. They are also important clues to principles of long-term health. This literary work promotes the idea that feet and the priority of the nervous system are roadmaps you can trust. In my opinion, they even point to intelligence outside of what "science" can taste, touch, or see.
If you never put on shoes again, I think you'd survive just fine. Your health might even be better for it.
