Metamorphosis - a Personal Journey - Stuart Mullion

Dedications
I dedicate this book to the memory of Robert St. John who gave me life with his creation of Metamorphosis and opened the door to a life I never knew or thought possible.
To my very dear friends Myra Quigley and Donna Armanasco who, as students of Roberts work, came into my life. I am so fortunate to have their friendship and above all the memory of their support in my hours of need. They are passionate about Robert’s work and give tirelessly to all those who want to know more about this fascinating subject.
To all the nurses and medical staff who looked after me in Hospital, who give so generously of their time to help us heal. I hope we never take for granted the wonderful work they do.
To my friends and especially Denis, Eileen, Angus and Claire who again supported me when I felt out of touch with this world and without who’s support the journey back would have been all the harder.
To my mother in law who has been so supportive to me all the time we have known each other. She lost a daughter far too young and a husband as well who was one of the fairest men I ever knew. He gave me a confidence to believe in self I will never forget and his ability to give so generously without expecting anything in return is a great quality indeed.
To my dear brother Roderick. From Childhood to Adulthood you have supported me with your love and thoughtfulness and what more can a brother do to show his affection.
To my six children for all your loving support and simply being there whenever the need arose. In my hour of need you only encouraged me to get well and gave so much of yourselves to a father who at the time could give nothing in return. You fill me with joy every day and I simply can’t tell you how blessed I am to have you all in my life. You are all on the journey of life and I wish you everything that is good today and always.
For Alina, Tanya and Julian
Alina you came into my life when I was on the road to recovery and I will never forget the comfort, love, and support you gave me then and always.
You took me for the person I am and have always encouraged me to be just that. I can’t tell you the comfort that has afforded me always and the help it gave me to find peace.
You are blessed with two wonderful children and Tanya and Julian have always made me feel so welcome in their lives and the memories of good times are a tonic always.
So to you my two legged and four legged friends god bless you and may your god go with you always.
Forward
It gives me great pleasure to provide a foreword for this most interesting book by Stuart Mullion. It is about the way in which the practice of Metamorphosis has played a significant part in helping him to move forward into his potential [that which he was born with but in a blocked-state].
Metamorphosis is the ability to change from who you are now to who you can be. Robert St. John created and evolved this work of Metamorphosis, a creative insight into thought patterns going back to the beginning of this planet.
Robert’s awareness of two patterns on the level of thought and action were named afferent [awareness] and efferent [action] and it is blockages in those two patterns that cause stress and limitations in our life.
In other words, the problems of getting stuck in a thought without action or moving into action without thought of the consequences. Those blockages are manifested at conception through karmic and genetic influence at that moment in time.
