Hershey the Hound of Hope is a fictional character and this is a fictional work. The approach that Jake (the Police dog) takes with the bullying cat Mittens should in no way be thought of as the correct way to handle a bully. Bullying is a very serious topic and if you feel someone is bullying you, please talk with your parents and let them know what is going on in your life.
