      Jessica stared at her mid-term exam paper a third time before she slumped and buried her face in her hands. Physics-1 was becoming impossible for her and every time she tried she failed. She had to finish this subject if she wanted to move on with her higher majors but with only a few weeks left before the finals, she knew she didn’t really have any option but to take it again the next semester. The only problem was that she wasn’t so sure if she could enroll next semester. Night school was hard as it was but working part-time shifts at the diner at the same time was starting to take its toll on her.
