One day the Title of this book was placed into my Spirit, and once I obeyed the Voice Of the Lord, The Title became pages in which turned into this book. I Always wanted to do something about the many hurting Souls, but I Didn’t know where to begin until that day when the Lord dropped this Book Title and Idea into my Spirit. As I proceeded to write I experienced Such great Joy in knowing that I to can make a difference in the lives of Others. With the help and support of my Husband and my children I Gained Strength and Endurance, Encouragement to keep on writing even When great Storms arose in my life doing the course of this book at times When I felt like given up. In the future my number one Desire is that by My writing this book this will be another Tool that Jesus can use to Mend the Broken Hearted, Heal the Sick, Rescue the lost and help to What the World calls the Down and Outers. I asked the Lord to let My Life Story, My Trials be a light that will shine in Millions of others Hearts as Well as their lives. I’m looking for this book to have such a great Impact On lives Worldwide. I am looking forward to seeing and hearing many story’s as to How others are being blessed and changed by Reading My Book. This Book was just a plan to number one Aide in contributing to uplifting God’s Kingdom by reaching others who are going through difficult times In their lives as well as the ones who have been hurt in so many other Ways in their past and they feel Trapped and can’t see no way up and out Of their situations.

Preface

There are hurting people who need to hear your past, your history, your faults and failures, and your Sins. The Lord showed me that there are a lot of Christians that are walking around daily professing the name of Jesus Christ, But they are too afraid to share their past sins where God had brought them from. Yes, we must be careful of what comes out of our mouths when we speak, but the Holy Spirit went on to reveal to me that there are hurting people that need to hear what you have been through. You may be the one that’s sitting in church every Sunday, and it’s possible that someone sitting in the same row as you might be going through that same exact sin, hurt, or pain that you have already overcome. It’s time to stop worrying about what other people would think and say about you. Your life story is not just for you, but they are mainly for others to get to the place where they can look to God and know that they too can come up and out of their sins—their issues that they thought were hidden and would never come to an end. So open up your life so others can receive hope to change and be healed.

Again, I want to say to my family, thank you for all your love, continuous support, and for believing in the message that God has placed in my heart. I would also like to dedicate this book to my beautiful mother, Margie L. Squire (deceased), who taught me very early in life how to love others in the midst of being hurt. Also to my father, Sylvester Squire Jr. (deceased), who showed me during his end of life experience that God does hear the cries and prayers of children, and that God will answer at the right time.

I also dedicate this book to my wonderful husband, Allen Powell SR, my three beautiful children, Donald, Allen Jr., and Chanereya who have been truly the anchor that’s kept me above ground during our many struggles and great times of testing’s that we endured, and conquered together in the course of me writing this book. God had revealed to Sandy one day about me writing a book, at that time I didn’t even tell her about my writing. Sandy stated to me that God had told her to ask me what I am going to do about my book. There was no other way she could have known except that God had spoken it to her. This helped contribute to me to start writing again because I had at one point quit writing.

I also want to send a very special acknowledgment to Solo Construction Company for being there all the way with my family from childhood up to my father’s death. My family wants to take this time to say thank you to the entire staff of Solo Construction Company in Miami Florida; your company truly represents what the real and true love of God stands for. Once again, may God bless everyone that have helped me to carry out God’s will to help others that are seeking for purpose and their God-given place in the earth. Three things that we need to do for God to provide us with the necessary tools to accomplish his purpose for our lives:

1. Be obedient to the voice of God.

2. Follow God’s guidance and directions.

3. Have a deep concern for the Kingdom of God.

What does it mean to be obedient to the voice of God? It means, saying yes to God’s voice, his instructions and his ways. We’re really saying yes during adversity, unfavorable conditions within our lives, while seeing it as something great and not as something to hinder our lives and our happiness.

Have you ever asked these questions, "Do you have any real reason why you were born?, Have you ever felt like you have no place or purpose in life? Just going along day to day without any idea of where you’re going. Could it be that you have perhaps been listening to the wrong voice (Satan), taunting negative words that creates negative thoughts which lead to negative actions which end up as negative results in your life for so long that you are unable to hear God’s voice.

Our mind is always thinking of some form of thoughts. We need to become an observer of the kind of thoughts that we think. Think about it. Whatever you’re thinking, your next step of action will now lead to you speaking out loud what you’re thinking.

What happens when our thoughts are negative? We will begin to speak negative words, giving direct access for our minds to create and harbor negative thoughts. Once negativity has taken control of your thoughts and words, your actions will become negative, yielding negative results. This will leave you vulnerable and open to negative emotions, feelings of fear, sadness, anxiety, hopelessness, depression and so much more.

It’s possible to change the way that you think, but it takes time and commitment. One tool that I have found effective not only for myself, but for others that have utilized my principal. Try writing down something opposite, something positive that pertains to the negative thoughts you’re experiencing. For example, if you were thinking or telling yourself that you are always struggling, you can replace that with; Everyone has struggles and what I am experiencing now is only temporary. It’s very beneficial to your life when you create and discover new ways to make negative thoughts work for you instead of allowing them to work against you.

God’s voice is the voice of:

1. Divine Direction- Acting in full compliance with the directive of the Holy Spirit. We are all limited in knowledge, not born with increasing knowledge and therefore so many people are making costly mistakes in life because they live their lives making daily choices without God’s Divine direction and their own limited knowledge.

2. Protection- God’s protection is provided to keep us out of the hands of the enemy (Satan). God’s protection also guards our hearts with his limitless peace through Jesus Christ.

3. Wholeness- God takes the broken pieces of our lives and uses them to create something beautiful as he shapes us to become whole, healthy and free in our minds, bodies, souls and spirits.

4. Divine Purpose- God helps us to live wisely. This brings light into our dark paths as he leads us where he wants us to go. God will recycle our past to advance his purpose on earth through us.

5. Peace- God’s peace enables us to endure the hand that we have been dealt with. This allows us to mentally accept that everything is going to work out for our good even when our natural reasoning says, we should be falling too pieces.

6. Joy- The joy that the Lord gives, equips us with a state of mind that’s settled with confidence and hope. This kind of joy continuously makes final decisions to feel happiness no matter what’s occurring within our lives.

God’s voice is the voice of direction, protection, wholeness, purpose, peace, and joy just to name a few. In this book, you will find out how to tune into God’s voice, and how to tune out the enemy’s voice (Satan). This book will also show you many other ways how the enemy can come into our lives to cause destruction. You will also see several different situations that can occur when we tune into God’s voice, as well as what can occur when we choose to tune into Satan’s voice. But be of good courage, God has already overcome, therefore with every trial that we face we can have total confidence in knowing that we shall overcome them all no matter how great, or how small the trials may seem.

Introduction

I remember when I was a very young girl going to church and watching how other people were carrying out different duties in the church for God. For example, some were ushering, playing the piano or drums, teaching Sunday school, singing in the church choir, and etc. I would always feel like I had nothing to contribute. Since I was very young, I always wanted to be active in the house of the Lord. Even though I desired to be active in the house of the Lord, I still felt useless because I didn’t think that God had an assignment for me in the church, let alone in his kingdom.

Not only did I feel useless sitting in church, but I also had begun feeling that I had no God-given talent, purpose, or even a reason to exist. I began to grow up feeling like there was nothing That God wanted me to do, like I was unusable. It wasn’t until one day I decided enough was enough, I Begin asking God what is it that he wants me to do, because I was under the impression that I was Incapable of doing anything. I remember saying to God, God, it looks Like everyone else is doing something for the kingdom of God except for me.

We all have a

purpose for

being created.

I always had the desire to sing in the church choir, but I wanted to be a lead singer because I have such great joy when singing or hearing gospel music, But I didn’t have the voice that I desired to have to sing. I know now that God would have still been well-pleased with me no matter how my voice sounded. I didn’t have to be a famous gospel singer; there are so many ways and places to sing God’s praises than just on a stage. Any time you are willing to do something to help lift up the name of Jesus, it will all sound good to the ears of Jesus no matter what others might say or believe.

For example, in the nursing homes, Jesus can use others to uplift the spirits of the elderly. You will find that in so many nursing homes there are so many elderly people that have been placed in those facilities that has been dropped off and abandoned by their loved ones. So many of them are left bitter and lonely. You would even find that many of the elderly had once serve the Lord Jesus Christ, and prayed, and also even believed in Jesus. But now loneliness has now caused them to no longer believe.

There are many of the elderly whom have never known or have accepted the love of Jesus Christ. I’ve learned that God can use you anywhere you are on the earth, as well as on your jobs. Jesus is not limited by the type of position, or job that you perform daily. Jesus will always find a way to use us; all we have to do is be available, willing, and obedient to the voice of God. We need to be a vessel that desires God to pour himself, his oil, and his anointing power into us.

Later on my life had changed for the better in my life. Just by me having a desire to do something for God’s kingdom, one day the voice of the Lord revealed
