(Introduction)
The BIGGEST Regret in Life Most People Have
Everyone has regrets. But we seem to imagine that those regrets revolve around the previous mistakes we think we made. We focus so much on the decisions we make in the moment. It is not the things you do in life that you regret, it is the things that you don’t do.
Three elements that make up a person’s sense of self:
1-Your actual
self consists of qualities that you believe
you possess.
2-Your ideal
self is made up of the qualities you want to
Have.
3-Your ought
self is the person you feel you should have
been, according to your obligations and responsibilities.
(Naming the single biggest regret in life...
76 percent of participants said it was not fulfilling their ideal
self.)
This indicates that we may have a flawed attitude toward how to avoid regret. We do live in a world in which we are told that we’ll have a great life if we follow the rules. So, you will figure that if you do all of the things that society expects of you—-act like a good citizen, get married at the appropriate time, make enough money to pay the bills—-and that you will feel happy and fulfilled with your life. But those are all qualities associated with your ought
self, which found people to have limited regrets about in part because they act on the decisions associated with it. But when it really comes to your dreams and aspirations, people are more likely to let them just drift by, unrealized, and that is what really stings later in life.
People are quicker to take steps to cope with failures to live up to their duties and responsibilities (ought
-later
regrets) than of their own failures to live up to their goals and aspirations (ideal
-related regrets).
When we evaluate our life, we then think about whether we are heading towards our ideal
selves, into becoming the person we’d like to be.
Those are the real regrets that are going to stick with you, because they are what you look at through the windshield of life.
The ought
regrets are potholes in the road. Those were problems, but now they’re behind you.
To be sure, there are certain failures we need to live up to our ought
selves that are extremely painful and can haunt a person forever; so the many great works of fiction draw upon precisely that fact. Although, for most people those types of regrets are far outnumbered by the ways in which they fall short of their ideal
selves.
It is not enough to encourage people to just do the right thing
. We need to fully establish that it’s vital for people to act on their hopes and on their dreams, and that it isn’t normal
to just keep putting it off indefinitely.
In the short term, people regret their own actions, but in
the long term, the interaction of regrets stick around a lot longer.
It also implies that we really need to stop making excuses for our own inaction.
Don’t leave it for tomorrow. There’ only TODAY!

ONE
Personal Cycles of
TRANSFORMATION, REBIRTH, and RENEWAL
We have all heard of the saying...
the only constant is change
.
Embracing change, whether that change is external or, if
it is part of our own internal landscape...is one of the keys
to our positive personal evolution.
It speaks to our own capacity to travel through different
life cycles, in mirroring our own journeys or regeneration, renewal, expansion, and rebirth.
Like a metaphor for profound change, in the cycles of our
lives, moving from one state, perspective, or a lifestyle to another, we seek out and we find one true essence...no matter how far removed it may be from our own present selves.
It is an inspiring message that teaches us that growth and transformation need not to be traumatic or painful, but rather very liberating and also joyful a natural part of life’s continuous unfolding.
Sometimes the change that we experience is deliberately sought and to coming gradually as simply a matter of due course. Sometimes, it’s not, and we find it suddenly and inexplicably forced directly upon us. However, all change can be a powerful force for growth and transformation. The key is not fearing and/or fighting against it, but rather seeing it as a tool that empowers us to release the old and give away to the new, a natural cycle in our own greater life experience.
When an ending comes knocking, we need not to fear it, knowing that as each cycle ends, an entirely new cycle is
beginning. How we relate to these changing cycles in life, whether positively with positive passion and integrity or negativity with hardship, struggle, or abuse, it all depends
on our inner connection and whether we will gain clarity
on what that change represents in our lives.
Quite frequently, we are not so certain, in the cocoon of our thought—-fears, doubts, regrets, and a host of other
emotions may be extremely limiting, holding us back from our own ability to change and grow. Even if they no longer serve us, our limiting beliefs hold us captive in a place that is safe and so familiar, making us cling to where we are, rather than embracing change and completing the cycle. When we find ourselves in that place between no longer
and not yet—-it takes the utmost courage to spread our wings and simply fly.
In the much larger grand cycles of our lives, it is the small, seemingly random acts or moments that later prove to be monumental, creating ripples downstream, that close our personal chapters
and eventually sets us off in entirely new directions.
Should we make even the smallest of changes in our lives or take action or not to, as we move through the constant and ever- present cycles of life, we will never know how much these seemingly insignificant moments contribute to altering who we really are and then in shaping our own
profound metaphor for the constant threads of cause and effect in our life that sometimes appears quite obvious in
retrospect, still remaining elusive obscure in the moment.
In life—-there are no certainties.
The only true/certain thing is that gracefully transitioning through our continuous life cycles requires courage and
trust.
Vibrational Spiritual Reality
Where does it all lead you to?
-your life
-your hopes and dreams
-your aspirations
-your spirituality
-your life’s experiences
What does it turn YOU into?
We all know exactly of what we would like to be, achieve, or where we want to go.
Do we actually get there? NO!
It is NOT something to embrace.
After a while, you will see that it is not what it is all about.
One gets fixed on a particular experience, a particular way of thinking about life.
I try to make what I write about applicable and acceptable to many people—-with different types of people, and for
different back-rounds.
I try to help people think in greater detail and perspective. It is REALLY important and has value, but it is the way of
getting to people who are in normal and material reality.
The is no one particular point of view that can be 100% of
truth. It cannot rationally be true.
Deliver some kind of positivity on an energetic level.
Love to others—-love to the less fortunate—-love to those who are struggling.
We, as adults, must use our energies well and wisely!
Because we are locked up
in the physical world, we all
have our own physical bodies/existence...we are beings
dominated by fear. Evolution made us that way.
FEAR—-
-our biggest emotion
-our biggest driver
Every day, as a physical being is FEAR!
But spiritual experience, if we have enough of it, teaches us...and if we can truly process it intellectually and clearly enough, there is something else going on here too.
Like love itself, compassion is REALLY important!
Not only for ourselves to receive it so we feel good, so we can also send it out into the world.
We are in a world surrounded by sickness.
We need to use our time well and wisely!
We are NOT in an advanced society now.
We are in a primitive society with mobile phones.
We are still primitive creatures.
We have education, but we are still the same as we were
3000 years ago.
The physical, mental, emotional, (relationship) problems, the instabilities—-it is ALL still there! The machinery (our
body) has not changed, and in some respect, it is getting sicker because of the quality of food we are encouraged
to eat, and, how we live our lifestyle.
We are now more separated from nature.
We are now more separated from a natural way of being.
We need to find a way in brings ourselves back, so we can do good for others!
HEAL YOURSELF, so you can learn to heal others!
Your Life Force
Conserve and store your life force energy for purposes of self-Development. You need a maximum of energy for the important goals in your life.
Some of the major causes if dissipating the life force are...
1-nervous habits:
chewing gum, chain smoking, tapping feet, etc.
2-misuse of your senses:
indulging your senses in a very negative subject matter on television, radio, newspapers, and/or social media.
These things occupy violence, murder, upsetting subjects.
3-Idle talk
4-association with negative people:
a negative frame of mind can catch on like a fire and bring your own mental state down several notches, causing you to use your energy in nonproductive and negative ways. This state of mind is also fatiguing.
5-association with sappers
:
Sappers
/Psychic Vampires...are those people who drain the vitality of others, though usually are unconscious of
the fact.
You will at times, feel exhausted, depressed, or negative
after being in the company of a snapper
and/or Psychic Vampire.
There are three alternatives to counteract this...
1-Avoid their company
2-If it is not possible to stay away from the presence of a snapper
, use your willpower and mentally tune out that person. Concentrate on keeping your energy within your own aura. Ask your spirit guide to help you.
3-Crossing your arms and legs helps. It blocks off some of the chakras.
People’s energies that are being wasted
are generally worn out without knowing why. They are easily tired and do not always have enough energy available when they need it. Pay attention to your emotional self.
You should remain as calm and as quietly as possible.
Your goal is a feeling of controlled energy. Be efficient and
go about your work with minimum effort, with no wasted
energy and few unnecessary movements.
The Body
I believe we create every so-called illness in our body. The body, like everything else, is like a mirror
of our inner
thoughts and beliefs. The body is ALWAYS talking to us...if we ONLY take
