Life Hack 101 - Kevin Graham
Introduction
A lot of people do not have the tiniest idea of how powerful, or should I say, magnificent their thoughts are.
We just assume that thoughts are waves of imaginations or ideas that run through our minds. And, we have no absolute control over these rumbles in our minds.
Of course, no one was ever taught to control their thoughts or what goes on in their minds.
We all learn these things in our journey in life.
We either learn it the hard way or the easiest path.
The sad truth is that for most of us, we had to learn it in the most painful way - sometimes, after a series of mistakes or a thirst for the secret of a happy and successful life.
We get to understand the efficacy of our thoughts.
Our thoughts affect our moods.
Our thoughts affect our words.
Our thoughts affect our relationships.
Our thoughts affect our career.
Our thoughts affect all areas of our lives.
You can't separate your thoughts from yourself or your life.
This is essentially why you must watch what comes knocking in the door of your heart.
This simply means, you have to be intentional about your thoughts and embrace positive thinking as a way of life.
Philosophers and religious leaders have advocated for this amazing lifestyle over the years.
Over the years, people have recounted groundbreaking changes in their lives and attributed it to the efficacy of positive thinking.
So, that begs the question.
What is positive thinking?
Why has the world come to embrace this result-yielding lifestyle?
How do you embrace and practice it?
The answers to these questions, lie in the pages of this book.
If you are so curious, onto Chapter One!
Chapter One

If there's a place you'll find lots of surprises, it's not at your doorstep or bed stand. Life itself brings surprises our way beyond our slightest imagination.
Today you can have the highest rush of excitement flowing through you, and tomorrow gloominess can be all that you feel.
Some people will say, this is not the life I planned for.
The sad truth is that we all get to that point in life when those words are the songs that we sing.
Life can be turn out to become a stranger- unplanned and unforeseen events.
How do you dance through these surprises?
You must learn to handle and dance to the rhythm of life without losing yourself in the midst of it all.
Dealing with disappointment, failure, and unforeseen events.
Failure is a relative word. It means a lot of things to different people. In fact, in several cultural settings, failure stands tall with its own definition.
A student that doesn't excel in an
