    Part Two

The marina bar with Harry, Jack Spinner, Jimmy Dunstain and Max Maximilian.

‘There was no shortage of willing participants to extract your key personnel, Max.’

‘Apparently not, aircraft carriers are frequent sailers around the Pacific, Harry, but..?’

    ‘Just love buts..’

‘Half of them I believe were not at the hotel as they were out on jollies with their families who had gone over for some vacation as its school holiday time in the US, the rest were easily extracted onto a Chinese aircraft carrier which was within range.’

‘Taking advantage of sumptuous hotel suites no doubt.’

‘It’s the best hotel in the country, so very enticing, no shoddy shacks for my guys.’

‘Action for Tony, Miriam and Stacey I suppose.’

‘Very much so as nobody is aware that they’re out and about in South Korea, the mob is assuming everybody went from helipad of the hotel as they dispersed so normality is returning.’

‘Certainly not safe at all as they would see the remaining guys of yours as prospects for high ransoms.’

‘It is Jack and of course there’s children to consider.’

    ‘How many?’

‘Marianne is trying to find that out as of course all these extras not officially supposed to be there.’

‘Ah, you know but you just turn a blind eye to your executive type employees over extending their

    privileges as it were.’

Oh yes, Jack, they’re supposed to fly back home for leave and holidays not the other way round, I suppose South Korea must have some attractions.’

‘We’ve never thought about it, Max.’

‘No need Jimmy with the Caribbean instantly accessible to the north and South America here and to the south.’

‘So you’d re-locate a plant here for manufacture as no doubt in twenty four hours your factory in South Korea will be totally trashed in revenge.’

‘I suppose it will Jimmy, a tax right off for us, a big one as we have good profits to offset it against, hence the friendly support from other nations who all wanted to assist in the hope we may favour to set up shop in their countries.’

‘Countries need corporations like yours to survive otherwise the infrastructure falls apart, nowadays everybody needs each other so we’re intrigued how our home country is going to survive without Europe.’

‘Ah yes, your British Isles, Jack, which you’ve up and left for with the Internet as you can easily set up your own shop wherever you wish, not exactly the most savvy government in the world, its all about being attractive to investors and of course investors do not want to put other countries noses out of joint too as we need to sell in those countries.’

‘So you wouldn’t set up shop over there, Max.’

‘The finance side is not so attractive as work forces command less wages in the far east and China and the product that comes out is good, also the education in the UK is superior to most other countries in the world so its doubtful whether its possible to find 100k pairs of hands with nimble fingers to work in a factory though they’ve been astute in getting on-top of these new viruses fast which is all important to maintaining manufacturing.’

‘Something I didn’t entertain that being the healthiest nation is now of major relevance hence China not being too forthcoming Max.’

‘They would be looking after number one first before offering solutions or vaccines on a global scale as its become a serious issue so there’s several new issues to entertain with viruses, all our workforces are allocated the necessary health options to optimise production.’

‘As they’re the key to success.’

‘Indeed they are Jimmy, key workers as opposed to office staff who can do a majority of their work online, I’ve got a text from Marianne, we’ve agreed on a sum to offer Tony on a escapade with the Tough-girls
